The picture if the lobby is very accurate. They offered juice, free Wi-Fi, danishes and you can choose a room with private restrooms.

San Francisco has changed a lot and the neighborhood is located at the core center of lots of crack heads and alcoholics peasants at all hours of the day. My room had. No view. Shower area could be cleaner and, since my room had no air conditioner, the fan should at least have been cleaned before my arrival date or during my stay, which it didn’t happen.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and the price was amazing! I enjoyed my stay very much, the bedroom was comfortable and it included a microwave and a mini fridge on top of a small table that was great for working.

There were very annoying guests that would scream all night during my last night there. I think they were homeless people that had booked a night because it was raining, but it was a little scary and definitely uncomfortable. However, I don't think the hotel could have done much.

the amenities of the room really offset the location... remember you are in SF... (tenderloin).. people are really friendly; the coffee bar across the street makes great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Location affords nice walk along Market to Cable Car turnaround and further down to Grant (to Chinatown).. BART and buses are always close to take you to any part of the city.. the room (with bath) was quite a surprise... wood floors/windows for light/nice bathroom... room came with tv/sat and microwave and fridge... and comfortable bed.. Knowing SF I would stay here again since it is a good location for my SF haunts and walks...

Small noises in the walls from the next building.. more noticable when tv off.. sink might have been better in bathroom.. needs better lighting where it is located...

My boyfriend and I always enjoy staying here. It's a great price and the rooms are always clean and cozy.

everything at the hotel is great except the pillows; they are practically nonexistant since they are so flat, so doubling them up doesn't even help much.

I loved the friendly staff at the front desk and the freedom to use hotel key card to enter the building. I especially loved the cleaning staff who accommodated me with towels, trash and helped me return iron and ironing board.

On the way out too get my deposit back the hotel men cussed me of having a cigarette butt in my room wasn’t trying to give me my 250 doller back but then he did so he made me go back up stair for the room key when I got their he pick up a cigarette bud saying it was mine and it wasn’t that wasn’t nice because it wasn’t mine I went outside to smoke
