They were very accommodating. We didn't arrive or reserve a room until 1am and did not realize until we had arrived, that technically our booking was for the next night. The staff was more than helpful with getting us in that night. Room was clean. We had the one with the private bathroom. I personally think the extra 10 dollars is worth it.

If you aren't used to it the neighborhood can be a little intimidating. But even at 1am there wasnt anyone out in front of the building like there had been in previous stays.

From check- in to check out, the staff was very accommodating. I stayed at the Adrian for a few days while recovering from an injury that occured during a visit to the city. The whole mishap felt more like an extended stay rather than a convalescents thanks to the staff here

I'm sure I could find a few things but all in all well worth it due to nature of stay and all aspects involved.

Comfortable bed, mini fridge, cable TV, free WiFi, quick check in and out. Friendly staff.

Only 2 things that people might not like, location is sketchy, many homeless people, and people with alcohol or drug problem live in the streets nearby. Be respectful,I haven't had any issues. And being in SF it's noisy, you will hear cars, trucks, whatever noise a big city makes. None of these things are the hotels fault, nor can they really do anything about it. I've stayed here many times, and will again, and for the price, it's great.

everything the staff was amazing got into San Francisco around 7 in the morning after a flight and was welcomed to sit in the office till the manager came and sorted me out with a room before checking time so I had a few hours sleep 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 from the British guy on Thursday

Got moved to bay hotel, a little closer to the train station.

Unfortunately the fan did bugger all, the room always felt like a sauna and in summer you don’t really want that. And not really the properties fault unless long term residence had a couple child crying until 2am most night and what had to be the father yelling. Maybe have families one side and couples another

The location close to the downtown area was great. Even though the room was small, the bed was comfortable. Great for solo travelers. The staff was friendly.

The environment around the hotel. Even though it is close to downtown, there is lots of people in the street corner making too much nose throughout the night. My room was close to the main stairways and gate so everytime someone comes in or out the noise was audible. Not suitable for disabled persons.

After reading reviews, I wasn't sure about staying there. The man who checked me in had everything ready, I got the keys, less than 2 min.to check in. Room was good size, everything worked great, bed and floors clean. Bathroom and showers clean, plenty of TP. The outside wasn't as bad as I pictured, lots of homeless but nothing I worried about. Liked everything to be honest

Best deal in San Francisco. Nice room's fridge, microwave, flat screen TV. Staff is great, easy check-in and out.

Only drawback for some would be location. Sketchy area, lots of homeless, but it's more a visual thing, they don't bother you and the entrance is secured. Lots of great places to eat, nothing fancy, just great food.

Quiet, clean, secure, have stayed here before and never had an issue. Clean bathrooms, check in and out easy and fast.

It's always a comfortable stay as far as the room goes. The people at the front desk are so rude though. The bathrooms we're pretty clean..i love having a room that faces the street with a big window... that's always nice.

The front desk people should smile more. At least fake that you like your job. There is nothing worse than going into a business that you are giving your Money to..and the employees have a look on their face like they are totally miserable. Or like you are bothering them or something. If you hate your life and job so much then just stay home.
