The bed is remarkably comfortable. Super comfy, lots of pillows. It provided great rest after long days in a convention. Everything super clean, staff is very friendly and nice. The lobby is also large enough and tidy to accommodate a meeting here and there. Shampoo, Body Washer and conditioner have really good fragrancies too. Location is perfect for anyone doing anything in the Moscone center.

The shower in our room was a little bit misdirected, forced us to kind of hug the wall a bit while showering. Vending machine is confusing because it charges 5 dollars for a 1.50 product and then should reimburse the difference.

I liked the hotel because straigh from San Francisco Airport to Powell Train Station are 30 minutes and from Powell Train Station 5 minutes walk to our hotel/Pickwick hotel. The shopping's centre, Union Square and Cable Car station, are closed too 10 minutes of walk. The pickwick hotel main door is secured with a digitally tap card key. 24 hours main reception staff are present. Hotel provided every day cleaning. Safe for personal property with secured box inside our room. The staff are friendly, especially Angeline and Jennifer. Thank you. Definitely, we will come back.🫶

We have stayed at this hotel before. --The location is perfect for us. Very close to the BART for arrival and departure. Most of the mass transit choices are within 4 blocks with very little hill climbing for those who might need to consider that. --ZEVI restaurant next door for breakfast is excellent. --There is a Target store close by to purchase some traveler needs. --We asked for a quieter room. We were given a King on the 6th floor facing the back. It was very quiet, with a very comfortable bed. We were able to open the window enough to get some fresh cool air. --We did not use the television/cable. Room 608: Relatively small inconveniences for us: --Our bedside lamps had one outlet each. The lighting worked fine, unfortunately, one lanp outlet did not work and the other was a bit loose. This inconvenience can be annoying. I have learned, by experience, to always bring a long-length 6-outlet extension cord whenever I travel. --The bathroom offered plenty of hot water for shower/bath with a nice long tub. The area for using the sink was a little tight.

Staff onsite 24/7 and very nice. Room cleaning every day. It's very close to the Moscone, where our convention was held which is perfect. Great walking distance from anywhere downtown.

The bathroom sink was particularly small, and was awkward to brush our teeth into with the shelf over it. I didn't like that the lights are sensor operated for the main room. It sense for a power conservation when no one's there, but sometimes the lights would turn off even if we're just in the room hanging out. The drain in the shower was loose and would come out often, but that's an easy fix.

Great place to stay. Really good for the money, was worried about other reviews mentioning they didn’t feel safe at night outside due to the drug problem in sf but we didn’t have any problem at all. If you are worried, you can get a cab or uber from the front door. We didn’t walk around the block late at night, we wouldn’t do that anywhere anyway. Would stay again. Mel’s diner around the corner is a must visit for breakfast

Close to downtown and expo centers around there. Nice good restaurants close (a good Korean/ Japanese restaurant on next street). Has all you need for a comfortable stay

Rooms towards the road could be noisy if people yell (happens) or sirens pass. Downtown could be filled with homeless people so don’t be scared. Parking below the hotel is $50 / day. There is one across the street at $40 but you can’t get out and it has no security.

The staff is great, and accommodating, the hotel is near the cable ca,r and there are nearby transportations to go to tourist destinations,

my only complain is there are to many homeless guys walking around the outside of the hotel making it scarry to walk specially if you have kids and at night, further more there is no in house washing machine. I you need to wash clothes you have to pass by a dangerous neighbourhood

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, putting us right in the heart of downtown, close to public transport and things to do. Our room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed and more. We especially appreciated the hotel's flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which made our trip incredibly convenient.

The internet gave us some issues, and the only fix was for me to call the hotel's internet provider from the front desk phone. It took 40 minutes and was not ideal, but it did get fixed in the end.

This was our 2nd stay here and we love it. It's always clean, comfortable, the location is great and the staff is very friendly! Shout-out to Bryan at the front desk. My husband and I got separated and when he showed up, Bryan made sure to let him in and get him to our room. Also, my mother needed to step outside for air but was nervous with it being so early. Bryan stood by the door and kept watch allowing her to feel safe. He was amazing!

Needed more coffee options in the room. We had one regular and 3 decafs. My mother's room had 1 regular, 2 decafs and a green tea.

The location was very good, 2 min from the downtown Berkeley bart station. This means there are also plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself looks very nice, the staff was helpful and accommodating, the room was spacious and comfortable. I had to be in an online meeting during a full day, and there was a desk and comfortable chair for that.

Not much, really. It didn't really disturb me, but my room was on the street side (Shattuck Avenue), and the windows were not soundproof. On Saturday, there was a guy selling stuff below my window, and he had a loud voice. That was audible in the room. So if you are particular on silence, maybe ask for a room facing one of the more silent streets.
