I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The lady at the reception was really lovely and greeted us with a huge smile. There is a large parking around the hotel and the hotel is located in the middle of the desert mountains so quite a nice view outside. The breakfast was included and it was pretty decent. There is a great BBQ restaurant only a few minutes drive from the hotel (Rib & Co) and we have had the best ribs in our life at that place! Overall, very enjoyable experience

Location this is the third year we have stayed at the hotel. I was in the back building and my mother was afraid after a homeless man was in the hallway. I would like to see cameras and maybe doors locked.

I understand your doing some updating but the back building was very unsafe. My mother had no smoke detector . I did tell you last year about how dirty the air conditioner unit was. I had to clean the filter in both of our rooms.

I’m vegetarian and prefer non meat choices and I don’t prefer sugary foods like waffles or yogurt. I would have love a whole wheat bagel or apples bananas oatmeal with raisins and nuts to add.

Real scrambled eggs or an omelette with cheese or real hashbrowns or real gator tots. It seemed like fake food to me. I didn’t like any of it actually

It was a little to hot had to stay indoors in the afternoon I forgot my bathing suit Next time I'll be cooling off in the pool.

The gentleman working the desk when we checked in was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our room was acceptable before we even stepped foot into it!

AC was rather loud and there was hair in the shower when we arrived.

The entry was covered with pigeons and poop. Door handles haven’t been treated for weeks Room floors haven’t been vacuumed found change under a chair Shower head was spraying all o er the space Essentials were empty bottles

The room was new, or at least it looked modern. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the toiletries they offered (gut quality and a normal size bottle to use). It is a short driving distance from Joshua Tree Park and there are many place to eat nearby.

Overall was the room clean, but we found some crumbles on the carpet on the entrance. Nothing too bad, but they could have vacuumed a bit better.

It's a cheap place but the WiFi was very good, the water was hot and there was a microwave and fridge, so the basics were here! It's very conveniently placed near the entrance of Joshua Tree National park (east entrance) and 500m from a supermarket. The staff was very nice and our toddler even got a toy gift!

It's a cheap place and we got what we paid for: the power plugs were malfunctioning (hard to charge our phones), the faucet was misaligned (spilling water everywhere), the towel rack fell off, the bath tub can't hold water, the AC is super noisy...

Location close to Joshua Tree National Park, clean, comfortable.

First room we checked into reeked of weed. Don’t know if it was the previous occupants or the cleaning staff, but even a passerby in the hallway stopped when we opened our door and was shocked at the smell!

Extra shelving in the bathroom, plenty of towels, pack n play provided, hot breakfast, mini fridge and microwave, comfy bed

would have preferred 1st level room given we have a toddler and there was no elevator option
