The room size- two bedroom apartment. The kitchen facilities and the breakfast.

The elevator (lift) wasn’t working so we had to be moved to a bottom floor apartment (which was wheely accessible). This wouldn’t normally be an issue but we had little kids so they could access absolutely everything (like knives etc). Said it had a heated pool but then we were told it didn’t and had to walk across the parking lot in the freezing cold to access the accommodation next door to use their pool.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. I forgot the name of the lady who helped me check in, but she had such a high-spirited personality. I loved it. The beds are a whole other story, I slept well, and my sister in law who is pregnant, finally had an uninterrupted sleep and loved the comfort of the beds.

There were no towels available by the pool side, but we always got some when we asked staff.

Stafff was great and very helpful but I was quoted one price to extend my stay but was charged more than the quoted price

Clean but the elevator was broken, and I had to climb three flights of stairs

The breakfast was good.

We were not informed that the elevator was not working, therefore, as a family, we had to be separated from being on the same floor.

Staff is excellent. I love the rooms. Breakfast is hot but not always what I would like, but, there is a kitchenette so I have the option of cooking my own breakfast. I will definitely stay a this hotel every time I am in the area. Also Floralee is awesome!

No more social/cocktail hour during the week. Please bring this back.

Location is perfect. The people are friendly and very professional. The patio in the courtyard!

Awesome staff, clean, spacious room, full kitchenette, easy check in/check out, good water pressure and enough hot water, in room coffee. Requested floor honored.

Each time elevator begins there is a violent jerk. It’s also slow. $6 Walmart type coffee maker you have to fumble with. Bathtub a thin fiberglass which feels hollow and flexes. These kind of things remind me more of a low end Days Inn than a Marriott. Ten dollars a day for parking wasn’t explained on Booking.com and really is a rip off anyway. This location is not lacking in space and not some big city high rise where I could see the fee. The management saw another way of squeezing patrons out of $10 a day but won’t fix the elevator.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. I especially liked that breakfast was served by a gracious host and included scrambled eggs, a choice of protein, or oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice and pastries. And we could eat in the breakfast area instead of having to go back to the room. Far above the brown bags I have gotten at other hotels! The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, just minutes from the hospital I needed to visit and walking distance to some of the outlet shops.

There was nothing not to like.
