they provided many options for breakfast and drinks. Washer and dryers on site, $2 per load. The room had no carpet, which I appreciate. It was clean and newly remodeled. Kitchen space was adequate, had my own appliances for travel use and there was a nice size fridge. I walked from one end of town to the other checking out all the shops, very good placement to explore the town if you like to bike or walk.

One thing I wish was on the property was more trees. The heat can be rough on vehicles and there are no spaces with shade available and I stayed 3 weeks. The other is the wifi, it was in and out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was more than sufficient parking. The room was huge with a bedroom that included a good sized table with 2 chairs, 2 very comfortable queen beds, a good sized TV with many good channels, a microwave and a full sized fridge. There was a separate room with a sink and coffee pot that had plenty of counter space and shelving. The bathroom had a sink and then a door to the toilet and shower. Breakfast was included.

The walls could have been thicker or maybe have more soundproofing. But even then you couldn’t beat the price for what we got. The breakfast was good but the eggs were definitely from a carton.

Centrally located so easy access to an assortment of other businesses; My online reservation put me in an ADA room - complete with a parking space specifically for handicapped individuals - so that was nice; The room was quite attractive, very open, with nice amenities.

A few doors down from my room, right outside one of the office doors, there were a number of junky looking items stored/sitting which definitely made the hotel look less appealing for a stay; The “Continental Breakfast” was ok, but I’d say it could use some improvement to make it more appealing & enjoyable; In my room the coffee accessories were on a countertop underneath a large - currently unused - shelving system fastened to the wall. With no light fixture anywhere near that location, it made for a rather dark coffee preparation area.

The room was clean and had been freshly painted. They were in the process of updating and renovating the rooms so my room had been completed as I was told. Some new furniture and luxury vinyl "wood" plank flooring. Actually I was happy to see that since it seems a lot more sanitary than carpet that's been down for years. I wasn't thrilled about the light gap around the new window shade. Apparently roller shades with valances is the new thing now instead of draperies. It does work with the Wall A/C better than draperies! The Bed was very comfortable. The Breakfast was so so. Not much variety and it wasn't all that hot unless you wanted a waffle. The night staff was very friendly and helpful when I checked in.

There was a hole in the wall where the hair dryer had been rehung that needed to have been repaired by the painters and some sheetrock areas above the tub/shower could have been improved if they are going to the trouble to paint. The Laundry room where the ice machine was located needed to be cleaned. It was nasty. I wouldn't want to wash my clothes there if I needed to. There was a bunch of outdoor furniture stored in there along with some exercise equipment which may or may not have worked but wasn't accessible. I think it would be better if it wasn't such a multi-purpose room if someone wants to use a sanitary ice machine and wash clothes in a clean area. For the value, the room was fine for a night. A little more effort on attention to detail could make the stay more pleasant.

The location was great! Dennys, a Speedway gas station, and a Walmart were all within 5 mins walking distance. Plenty of parking and the staff was very welcoming.

I wish there was an actual “pet area” with a trash can for poop bags and some grass. Also I had to get my key reset every day of my 4 night stay bc it would only work for 24 hrs at a time.

Very courteous staff. Comfy spacious room. Decent breakfast. Apt size frig, hot plate in addition to microwave.

A bit noisy next to highway, use earplugs if traffic noise disturbs you. Not something they can change, just be aware. Seems all the accommodations along that stretch will have same issue. Definitely not a deal breaker

The room was clean and was equipped with a kitchenette with plenty of fridge/freezer space. The room also had hardwood floors which was appreciated. The breakfast had a variety of options.

The office closes at 10pm. We came into town at 9:30pm and just barely got checked into our room before the office closed.

The new owner was wonderful when checking us in. They are taking this hotel in the correct direction.

They are in the middle of renovation, but still, they need to remove trash and broken items away from the hotel. When finished, this will be a fine establishment.

A great place to stay going to Mesa Verde National Park, near Walmart, Gas Stations and other essentials you can ask for! Also, facilities and staff are commendable 👏👏👏

Doors need to be fixed. Other than that, great place!

Good for one night. Front desk person was wonderful and manager/owner very interested in making us comfortable. Our 2nd room was clean comfortable and updated. Breakfast provided. Convenient location right off highway but room was quiet. Price was definitely right

Reviews I read were good talked about updated rooms. Our first room however was definitely not. Carpet was honestly disgusting. Im sure they work hard to keep it clean but! Staff lady at desk moved us immediately and it was very nice. Breakfast was yogurt and cold cereal. You don't expect much when this is included but this was worst ever. We frequently stay in Cortez on our way to visit family sometimes coming and going. Decided to try different place. Will not stay here again
