We had booked a king room with sofa but the first night we stayed we were put in a king room without a sofa or chair. The young lady behind the desk was not very helpful and said that there were no king sofa rooms available for that night or the following night. The next morning I spoke with the manager and he immediately corrected the error. My reservation clearly said king with sofa. I appreciated the managers handling of the situation, I wish I would have got his name. Anyway great customer service from him!

Everything was great! Staff was amazing especially the gentleman who got us checked in, I think his name was Carlos. Normally I don't care about continental breakfasts at hotels, but the breakfast here was actually worth looking forward to. Plenty of coffee. Room was very clean. We had to bring our dog on Vacation with us and this hotel was very accomidating. Was the best stay I think I've ever had in a hotel.

Wish the comforters on beds were a bit bigger. Hubby and I were fighting for blankets.

Barbi at the front desk was very pleasant, efficient and professional. She always greeted us during our coming and going. We overheard her give restaurant suggestions to another traveler and we tried one of those suggestions for dinner. It was excellent. She is a great ambassador for your hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Carlos at the front desk was amazing. He not only recommended a good restaurant, he actually stepped out side to show us how to get there. On another occasion, he saw my husband walk by with a bottle of wine and offered us a corkscrew. Really made our stay

Super comfortable bed, great facilities--pool, hot tub (hot but not too hot). Wonderful breakfast choices. Appreciate the eco-friendly shampoo/soap, etc. dispensers. Reception staff gave great suggestions, too.

The room was very comfortable. They had a full breakfast which included cheese omelets, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, etc. Barbi at the front desk was very welcoming and pleasant to everyone. Great staff!

Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Unfortunately the severe snow weather forced the closure of Mesa Verde National Park so we lost the point of our visit! It would have been a great base for the visit if it could have taken place.

I tried the waffle maker in the breakfast room as being from the uk this isn’t normally an option. Wow they’re great. My new favourite thing to eat for breakfast. 🧇

Excellent location. Room was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom fan did not work. Breakfast items should identify contents in case of allergies. There was nobody at the reception desk on several occasions.

Well layed out and appointed room and bathroom, with very comfortable bedding.

Breakfast. The biscuit/sausage paddy/gravy had no flavour, sadly. The coffee was good, though.
