This place is a gem. Older property but I was surprised and delighted by the comfort, which is everything on a road trip. The room was clean, comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The grounds were being cared for, flower bushes being pruned. The place was full, the pool was being enjoyed by families. It was lovely. The Hello Sunshine blanket on bed made me grin ear to ear upon entering room.

I have no complaints. I felt safe. Walked around the neighborhood to watch the sunrise. It really is a hidden gem of a place to stay.

Low-cost deal was great, and the single king bed room was very clean and comfortable.

The suites arrangements of 4 or 5 rooms clustered and sharing the same foyer for room entry / exit makes it kind of noisy, and any and all foot traffic on the 2nd-floor "runway" mezzanine vibrates quite loudly. So with people outside and all human foot traffic, it can stay relatively noisy from morning to early night hours (later on the weekends).

The room was very clean, odor-free, and comfortable. The breakfast was reasonable given the price paid. There is a reasonable Mexican restaurant right next door that makes getting a high-calorie dinner easy after a day of vigorous outdoor activities. Three miles from Phil’s World.

There was an unregistered vehicle in the parking lot that cheapened the look of the place. There were vending/ice machines blocking the covered walkway from the office to my room, noticeable during a rainstorm. Downspouts from the roof to prevent water from splashing into the covered walkway would be nice.

Accommodations, cleanliness, details on the room for the price it was worth . It exceded my expectations, at first , I was afraid about getting a cold room , without carpet and a very uncomfortable bed for that price (we previously had a bad experience on another hotel). But I was very surprised about the quality of the room and per friendly !! What else I can ask for 👍

The outside stairs , we can see the ground through them and my dog was scared to go upstairs 😄

Rooms were very clean and looked recently refurbished (excluding bathrooms) but was very clean and comfortable for a nights stay. Bed was comfy. Easy check in/out process. Very close to entrance of Mesa Verse National Park which was a bonus!

Only downside was no elevator so had to carry everything upstairs but you could perhaps just request a lower level room if needed. Didn’t worry us as.

Amazingly comfortable bed, much appreciated after several nights on the road with old lumpy mattresses. Loved parking in front of my room. Appreciated being on the far side of a noisy pool. Breakfast was overcrowded but I did find the hard boiled eggs and a lovely sponge cake pastry.

Nothing not to like.

The beds for , comfortable, the pool was amazing. I was able to see the sogn from the street, so I was able to find it. The food was good, overall I would recommend this place.

There is one thing I wish when we checked in, the person at the front desk didn't say our room out loud. Just for myself, safe

Our room had a separate suite, in total 3 beds and shared bathroom, table, chairs, microwave and fridge. rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked well. Laundry machines available, great pool and hot tub open 10am-10pm - very nice! Great restaurant across parking lot.

Very near to Mesa verde NP, 2-3 mins drive to Safeway , City market and Walmart. Good sized swimming pool , good Breakfast, neat and clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Bathroom door didn’t close fully. That’s is the only thing we didn’t like it .

Everything from Checking in to Checking out and everything in between was perfect. The location is great, the price was great, the staff was very warm and helpful, the pool and the jacuzzi were such a nice bonus, the room was clean and updated. I wish I could have this place for all my nights during my road trip. And good breakfast too.
