Most everything was very good. Staff were all very polite. Just a couple of things though, we found cigarette butts on our balcony and the hall smelt of smoke, the light over the balcony is very bright and shines through the curtains. Also when we arrived on Sunday 4/13/25, the safe wasn't working at all. We mentioned it to your desk staff who said that maintenance nor the supervisor were the, but would be the Monday the next day. No one came the 3 days we were there, so we just went without it. The numbers never lit up and the staff stated it was probably dead batteries. Sorry, one other thing. We wanted to eat breakfast at the 24 hour café on Monday morning, but they were closed. Staff had said that due to staff shortage, they had cut back on the hours and they weren't open until 10 AM. It probably would have been better to put a sign up stating when they would be open.

Staff were nice, room was nice and dinner was nice.

We stayed here on our way to Mesa Verde, after a long drive it was a welcome respite. Kid's enjoyed the pool. The service was warm and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The food was just OK. Not really any healthy or fresh options. We left at 7:30 on Monday morning. There were barely any breakfast options available to-go/eat fast, only one type of meat heavy breakfast burrito (bacon, ham, spam, etc.), even though there is a 24-hour snack bar. After talking to two people, the third gal happily went and got bagels from the walk in cooler, so the kids had a bagel and cream cheese. My husband had hoped to play poker, but there wasn't a game. Definitely not a Las Vegas casino vibe, but for a family passing through just right.

Everything is just walking distance! Hotel always nice and clean! Check in was awesome! The guy was so nice and talkative and welcoming!

Was all good except the guy at the breakfast was a bit snobby! We told him he was out on his biscuit and his remarks was ugly and told us that we should know breakfast is always busy this is the first time I had a buffet! The lady that was making the omelette told the guys tell them like it easy! I wanted to leave but the waitress was so nice so we stayed and her service was good!

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and inviting. From check-in to check-out and everything in between, they treated us like friends rather than guests. The casino was nice and didn't reek of cigarette smoke like some do - and the free coffee on the casino floor was a nice touch too. The room was very spacious with a nice view.

A complimentary breakfast would had added more value to the overall cost-benefit balance. I would add some variety to the casino, particularly on the slot machine side (there were seemingly hundreds of video machines, all with extremely similar-looking slot machine games, whereas I looked for video roulette and blackjack but didn't find it), but otherwise I have no real complaints.

Clean, comfortable bed, tasty buffet dinner and breakfast.

The hot water was lukewarm, and there was a very noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, especially in the hotel lobby and casino — and this is a “no smoking, no alcohol” facility. The Ute Reservation is a “dry county,” per staff, and there were plenty of security personnel to make sure no alcohol was brought onto the premises. The “no alcohol” part was OK, but it would have been good to know ahead of time.

My room was in a quiet location away from casino noise. Colorful and pretty lobby. Security on casino floor were extremely helpful and nice. Day restaurant manager wad also wonderful.

Front desk personnel are ok but not nearly as welcoming or friendly as the casino security! They were professional but as far as hospitality mentality, lacking. This affected how I felt about my experience. Food in the restaurant is so-so (ribs were good though). Need more awareness and options for food allergies.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Everything tasted amazing and the service was great. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was so pretty. The staff was so accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

The hand and face soap bar in the bathroom smelled good, but felt like it didn't clean my hands. I also couldn't figure out if there was a way to turn off the light on the balcony.

The staff was surprisingly unfriendly. Walked through the casino early my first morning no one smiled no one said good morning I’m sure I looked lost trying to find the restaurant and know one ask to help. Have stayed at Ute mount in th past because I. Worked in the area for many years. I was excited to share that experience with my family l was left a little embarrassed by the coldness of th staff in every dept I’m sure I won’t be back.

Casino players place was not nice and the little Cafe the ladies without no smiles, not a hello or thank you, breakfast in the restaurant buffet only guess kids don't count....the buffet was cold and not stock...hubby had to not eat so grandson can eat...dk everyone was having a bad day and nite no smiles, or acknowledge...usually everyone is nice...is it me???😆

Clean & spacious

The wooden bed frame/base stuck out much farther than the mattress & looked dangerous from the minute we walked into the room! My husband remarked- “that’s an accident waiting to happen!” And sure enough, a little later in the evening I accidentally ran into the wooden base of the bed & cut my shin badly! I could have even used a couple stitches on it but I taped it up. It is just a VERY BAD design! And - we were there on a Wed night & very excited to play table games in the casino but much to our dismay the table games were not open on Tues or Wednesday nights! That was VERY maddening! Guests should be informed of that ahead of time for sure!
