I've always enjoyed staying at National 9 Inn Sand Canyon in Cortez. It's a quiet place to stay and rest when I'm in Cortez. The owner and manager is awesome and very helpful. I recommend the establishment for its location, peaceful, comfortable rooms, price, and helpful owner. .

The door lock was hard to open and even harder to lock from the inside. There was no safety chain or dead bolt, I would have felt better had I been able to secure my door better. (Didn't like)

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was loud but put out a good air flow to cool the room quickly. (Liked)

The motel room was clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily, which I have not experienced in much more expensive motels. Especially the staff is very friendly, helpful and kind.

It is not top quality for rooms but for someone who just needs a good and clean place it is excellent! The customer service was premium and top-notch!

Easy to park and a secure parking lot

Really no complaints about the property. The only complaint I have is that I ended up taking a relatively cold shower. But it wasn’t that bad.

It's a nice place to stay. We've often stayed at the location. The staff is always friendly. It's an older facility but a very good one.

Granted, the facility is old, but it's clean and a good place to rest your head 😴.

Nice room, friendly people and a good price. and there’s a maverick gas station across the street to get your gas and other items.

No ice machine, no coffee pot in room
