This beautiful, peaceful, location was the perfect destination after a long day in the car in route from Scottsdale, AZ! The property is located a very short distance from nearby Mancos, Colorado where groceries and excellent restaurants are available. A cool summer evening in the Rocky Mountain foothills was enjoyed following a delightful dinner in town. Bonnie, Sandie, and Nancy manage an extremely clean, well-appointed B&B! Our one night stay ranks at the very top of all of my B&B experiences over time! Quiet, comfortable spot that I look forward to returning to! Breakfast was delicious and certainly hit the spot following a quick two hours out fishing a nearby lake! Thank You ladies for being such gracious hosts!

Pretty much perfect at all levels!

The 3 ladies are amazing hostesses and very informative of the history of the area. Delightful home and perfectly furnished and decorated. The house is spotless, and the breakfast is like dining in a high dollar.tea room. Special breakfast 's baked dishes. Fresh cookies at the coffee station and coffee at 6:30 AM. Beautiful water front pond and flowers and trees. Views are gorgeous. This is a 100% fantastic place.

That we had to leave. I could.have stayed longer than 2 days.

Beautiful home and grounds. Owners were friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area.Does include breakfast in main house, delicious. Peaceful and relaxing. Great place to sit by pond with a large grassy area to stargaze at the beautiful night sky. Main house is not a place for children but it does have a separate cabin on grounds that is completely furnished and accommodates six. Easy access to Mesa Verde. Would definitely stay again, and refer anyone we know going to that area.

We did not like the idea of leaving, wanted to stay a few more nights. Wished we had known how beautiful and relaxing it was before we got there. The only down part was there are not many places to find dinner in Mancos, the only nearby town. No television in room, but does have WiFi.

This was an outstanding experience. Bonny, Sandy and Nancy were fantastic. They provided us with amazin breakfasts and lots of great recommendations far beyond our original idea to just visit the Mesa Verde National Park. The ranch is an insirational and enchanted place. We wished, we could have stayed longer. We had a fantastic time and are deeply thankful to our awesome hosts! THANK YOU!!!

Big home with lots of great common space and very comfy room! The owners are lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! They gave us some great suggestions about things to do for several days on our way back to Denver and we have loved their recommendations!!

The breakfast was sumptuous, in great company, surrounded by stunning views. The entire experience was something money just can’t buy…warm welcome, authentic log cabin coziness draped in modern comfort, and exceptional, delicious hospitality.

We had an exceptional experience at this bed and breakfast! The hosts clearly love having guests in their beautifully decorated home. When we walked in we were warmly greeted by name and found the hosts and other guests chatting together over a pan of freshly made brownies! The breakfast was excellent!

Everything was perfect! No suggestions from us on improving our stay. We enjoyed the option to visit with others or the option to go to our room and enjoy our privacy. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The owners operating this B&B are so kind and helpful! We only stayed for 1 night passing through and felt like family. The beds were comfortable and the room pleasantly decorated and adequate space. We would 100% come back here again if we visit the area.

Our Hosts Bonnie, Sandie & Nancy were very friendly and hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very comfortable and the two breakfasts we had were delicious.

It’s a little out of the way. Mancos is a 5-10 minute drive away but very quiet and most of the few restaurants were closed so we drove to Durango & Cortes to find a restaurant to have dinner. These are about 30 minutes drive. The 636 on Main Street Durango is very nice.

This is the best b and b we have stayed at in 5 years. This reminds me of the b and b experience from the 1980s when we used the book country inns and back roads. Welcoming and informative and involved hosts. great breakfast. Good walk around property and great view of mesa verde to the southwest
