We were given a first floor room close to the door to the parking lot, which we didn't ask for, but is greatly appreciated by us. There are several restaurants close by and a very nice grocery store across the street at which we enjoyed the use of. This room also had a better than average shower.

As with most of the motels we've stayed at, there is only one waffle maker for the "breakfast included." Seriously, how much could it cost for a second one. If one doesn't hit the breakfast early, the wait for a waffle can be lengthy. And, other guests clearly get irritated when you want to make a second one for your significant other. This may seem like a petty complaint, but little things like this can make a big difference. This is likely the last impression before a guest leaves. You never get a chance to fix a last impression. This small complaint goes for all the facilities with a single griddle.

Pet friendly, no bedbugs, clean room as far as I could tell.

There was a powerful smell in the room. I tribute that mostly to the high humidity, it had been raining for a good while prior to our arrival. The other thing was that the door to the battery compartment on the TV remote was broken before I tried to use it, I picked it up and it immediately fell off. ***BUT*** What more can a couple of guys ask for??? The room was only $56 fricken dollars for 2 men, two dogs that don't much care for eachother, in a 2 queen bed room! So it was a little funky smelling... Who cares? Stay in there for 10 minutes and you don't even know! I shouldn't complain about anything for that price!

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. I appreciate all the help with the accommodations that we needed. The young lady at the front just was very nice also when we checked in. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. It was nice and quiet.

I pretty much liked it all except my window view was at another wall. But it's okay.

Breakfast and dinner places far from the hotel. You have to drive! Do nit walk as the street is pretty dark. The places are from 0.6 to 1.1 miles aeeay from the property.

Hotel has three floors but no elevator. Even an armchair was put on the floor platform by the stairs and it is hard to bring in your suitcases into the room.

The shower switch in #219 kept clicking off, so the tub kept filling with water as I showered. In other words, the drain switch is probably worn out and need replacement. Maybe they worked on it overnight, because on my last day the problem was gone. Thanks Super 8.

The room was spacious and very clean. They have room service that also keep it clean. The location is good. The Wifi is excellent.

They don't have an elevator so we had to carry our suitcases on the second floor by stairs.

The staff was exceptional and really welcoming and helpful. I appreciate all of their assistance and help. The made sure I had clean towels and if I needed anything.

It is not the "most fancy" type of hotel but for value and what you pay, the hotel is excellent!

Staff was friendly and happy to see us.

We were an hour early for our check in of 4:00. One of two rooms rented was not ready. Staff switched us to a new room., so no big deal. Room was prepaid. Got notices on my phone that I was billed again upon arrival. Staff noticed the double billing and refunded right away. But, they did not tell me and I spend a half hour in the morning with the morning staff looking into it.

Room was good, it was the 2nd year in a row at the same time of the year that we stayed there. We did notice the next morning that the smoke detector in the room was covered with a clear plastic wrapping, such as maybe an ice bag? Not sure if previous people that stayed in that room covered it so as to be able to smoke in the room or not. We left too early the next morning to bring it to the attention of the front desk staff. Ice machine was broken, which was a bit of a bummer, but certainly nothing that ruined our stay.

I have physical disabilities and 2 small dogs. The room was super close to the parking area and an exit. It was a well-designed, ADA compliant room. Lots of grab bars, wheelchair height switches & a stool for the shower. The shower had a stool too.

Not for me, but for others, there is a tub that might be hard to step into for someone with different issues might.
