Any time we come thru Cortez we stay here. The best part is the bed. It’s the most comfortable mattress we have ever stayed on in a motel. The sheets are always clean and smell like home. The pillows are perfect. We are older and after a 7-8 hour drive our bodies hurt. But we sleep so well we can continue on our long drive the next morning.

Maybe a long rug from the bed to the bathroom lol floors are a bit cold lol they are fine when you wake up when the heater was on for a long time lol but I understand why you don’t. It’s ok

The room is clean. Many guests smoked outside but the rooms still smelled good. Big refrigerator so we can get some ice cream for the kids. Small kitchen for simple meals. There are many fast food and stores within walking distance. The front desk people are really helpful. The employee who served breakfast was phenomenal. She set everything up earlier and let us ate so we can drive earlier to the next destination.

Friendly and helpful staff. We accidently left something there and it had already been turned into lost and found by the cleaning crew before we even reported it. Also they have a good breakfast even for a smaller place.

The rooms could use a more comfortable chair for lounging. Also the beds were hard.

It was clean and Pam at the desk was a very friendly lady. The lady that did the morning breakfast was very polite and asked if everything was alright

Friendly staff, good breakfast and convenient to Mesa Verde. Had a full size refrigerator with a kitchenette set up! Most of the room was clean.

Little run down, with nicks in bathtub and around edges of doors. Toilet was not as clean as I would expect with some sprinkles on the underside of seat. Otherwise the rest of room was very clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff with some good local recommendations. There is a great lo al brewery and restaurant opposite motel. Room was a good size, nice hot shower with lots of towels. Breakfast was usual motel selection but a good stocked hot plate each day.

Room walls are quite thin so you can hear cleaning staff start work at about 0700 each day.

The price for the hotel was great and the breakfast was good too! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and did not hesitate to make us feel comfortable. The drive to Mesa Verde National Park was just 15 minutes and many restaurants as well as coffee shops were in walking distance. We will stay there again!

Staff were very helpful. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. There was an onsite washer and dryer, and a pizza hut and other places to eat right across the road. The breakfast was decent, and the price extremely reasonable for all that was provided.

The wall heater was very noisy.

The breakfast lady was so great, hard working and kind lady. I wanted to leave tips but I had no cash with me. I told her I would write a good review for her. Wish they make QR code for the digital tip jar for breakfast lady.

The facilities were nice And clean and the staff was great and the breakfast was the best ever. Only thing wrong was the older doors that seemed to stick and needed to be adjusted. We know that the place needed a little bit of work but it was a good value for the money.

A swimming pool would have made it a great value.
