Staff were both very nice and helpful with check-in, dinner recommendations, etc. Also, the property is truly right on Grand Lake and the view from the (shared) balcony and our room was great. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and we also walked to hiking trails nearby. While the property is older, it's very clean and has been well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Not within the control of management and would have affected any rental in downtown Grand Lake but a bar on the main street had a very loud band playing till midnight.

Wow. Very clean room with a shower that rivals Kramer’s elephant shower head. Amazing view of Grand Lake from the balcony with chairs and hummingbird feeders. We were lucky enough to get a full moon view of the lake that night. Absolutely beautiful. Will be back.

We were there May 31 so the town went to sleep kind of early but I’m sure later in the season everything stays open later. Can’t say anything about the hotel!

The location is great! It's right in the middle of everything and by the water. Breakfast is right around the corner at the Bakery Cafe. We attended the musical down the road at the Repertory theater and it was wonderful!!! I've stayed here before and attended shows at the theater (amazing shows!) and taken the pontoon tour and or course enjoyed the shops and eating. It's an annual trip for me now and I will only go when the Western Riviera has reservations available!

The weather LOL but the location made the rain bearable.

View was Great.It was a good spot and had all the amenitties as far as the. kitchen and utensils.

Room needed maintenence toilet. seat was really loose,bath door we couldnt close,due to wrarped. The room was really hot when we showed up and no windows opened,course no AC.We had no room service,due. to lenghth of stay,I guess the covid risk. I had to ask for toilet paper and trash bags.Im not sure if couch bed sheets had beed changed,we found hairs and crumbs?

The beds were very comfortable and the view was fabulous. We had to switch rooms during our stay (our fault, not theirs) and we left something in the first room. The staff were excellent in tracking it down and returning it to me. Extremely nice people who care about their guests' experience.

The bathroom in the Lake Side Cabin was very small; I could not turn the shower on without getting my head in the water stream.

Super location, beautiful surroundings - right on the lake. Nice deck with tables, chairs and umbrellas - provided a great place to hang out or read. Room was clean, good towels.

Nice little town the people were very nice. The food in town was excellent and location was beautiful. Nice place to visit for weekend. I like it so much I am going back this weekend.

Had to go to office to exchange towels and get trash bags. For the price being paid, this could have easily been done by an employee considering there were multiple people sitting in the office.

Room very comfortable and had great view of the lake. Short walk to main street. Quiet (we were there in off season). Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Only down side was squeaky bed frame and the coffee that was supposed to be available at 8 still wasn't made when we finally just left at almost half past. Great place besides these small issues.
