If you love the experience of a small mining town this is the hotel for you. Building is antique and dates back to mining days, the furniture is appropriate for the site. Coffee and tea were available. Hot tubs and a private courtyard were a plus. Rooms had all the amenities needed and were clean and comfortable. Special kudos to the staff who went out of their way to communicate, and thoughtfully help take luggage upstairs to our room. They allowed us to come in late and waited up for us. Easy walk around the block to downtown Silverton and all the shops and restaurants. Would stay there again.

No elevator, but I cannot fault them for that, as most hotels in Silverton do not.

The ambience of keeping the historical sight preserved was excellent. So much history. Rooms and bathroom’s were small but that is expected for the building build in late 1800. Nancy, the owner, was so hospitable. She told the history of the place. Loved the pictures of all the movie films made over time. Marilynn Monroe stores and picture were great. Breakfast was outstanding. We plan to go back again.

The Villa Dallavalle is an oasis in old silverton. The B&B has 7 rooms upstairs - each room is different. We have stayed here 4 different years and always been pleased with the comfort and hospitality of the hosts.

The property is a bit dated- as it is an original building in an old mining town. However, the owners have made everything comfortable and welcoming.

It was awesome staying in a historic building and having hosts that are part of that history. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and our little dog Penny loved exploring the backyard.

No king sized beds or elevators, but not to be expected in Silverton

What a beautiful hotel! Rustic historic hotel in the middle of Silverton surrounded by an impressive mountain panorama. The owners are just lovely and accommodating. The historic rooms were beautiful. The homemade breakfast was incredibly delicious and we loved the jacuzzis. Definitely the best accommodation we had during our three week long trip thru the West. Thank you so much for this authentic mountain experience!

Betty is an awesome resource for history and points of interest. Will Roger's once said A stranger is a friend you have never met. Betty is a perfect example. Albert prepared the most awesome breakfast each morning. Different for each day and delicious. He also helped haul our heavy bags up stairs while we huffed and puffed from the altitude. We were blessed by our stay here.

The Villa Dallavalle is a quaint, authentic hotel in Silverton. The owners are extraordinary - helpful and friendly -- and they make a great breakfast to start the day in the moutains.

The hotel is an old building - which is one of its charms - so the rooms are a bit limited in size. This is not really a complaint, but a statement about the expectations. We love the place.

Great people, and don't skip the house made breakfast. It's one of my best during this trip. They also made a vegetarian one for me. Had great chat with other guests and the staff, would definitely recommend and go again.

The stairs to go up are a little narrow, but that's what you get with a house that old :D

Innkeepers Betty and Albert very personable and made the stay much more personal than a typical hotel. Excellent breakfast included. Extremely quiet.

Vintage hotel built in 1901 meant rooms were small and tight by modern standards. Bathroom was particularly tight. No window other than skylight.

The hosts were the absolute best part of this property. They were so nice and welcoming, plus the breakfast was delicious! Great location and parking right out front. Loved all the old pictures of Silverton throughout the building.

Our room and bed were very tiny, but booking.com only offered that one room even though most of the property was vacant.
