Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a problem with our refrigerator and they fixed it immediately. The restaurant was surprisingly good and reasonable. Room was very clean.

The fridge was unplugged when we arrived so it took a while to figure out what was wrong with it (the door did not shut fully so would not stay cold). Would have been more convenient to have it plugged in prior to arrival. My main issue was the noisy heater. I could not sleep at all. It cycled on and off and was like having a train running through the room every time. I lowered the temperature and made sure the fan was set to low, but that did not help. We checked in at night and it was too late to call the front desk because my child was trying to go to sleep.

Our King room was huge, and very well-appointed. The decor is clean and modern, and the bed was super-comfortable! I was so glad there was a microwave in the room too, and real k-cups and cream (not powdered non-dairy creamer) for the coffee? Icing on the cake! The heater/AC unit worked and the TV was really big - with free HBO. Bonus!!

I wish breakfast was included, especially for the price we paid.

Everything was beautiful

There was nothing.The staff member was so nice to us…I think her name was Shannon she was absolutely wonderful she saw my mommy walking in….With a walker we didn’t have a handicap room…She got one for my mommy and her husband they absolutely loved the room.

The hotel was convenient to highways and shopping. It has a great buffet breakfast ($), a small bar, and sold food items and necessities . Rooms were comfortable and clean. Really love Hilton Honors digital key. Easy check-in and check out.

Everything was fine and breakfast was good-the waffles were a bit too tough to cut. I could have used more butter and syrup to help it go down. Also last time I stayed there breakfast was included and I paid more to have a room this time. Alot more. I liked the room and we had a great view. The temperature of the room was great and the heater was quiet.

The price of the room could have been lower since I stayed there two times previously. I also belong to the Hilton savings Club for points. Everything went well-just I had to pay extras at the reception desk and pay for breakfast. Also, there was a wedding party staying there overnight and there were doors banging all night while sleeping.

Hotel was clean, staff super friendly.

Light up the sign/entrance at the road. It was a very dark night and with oncoming headlights it was difficult to see the entrance. Very busy toad and someone was right on our bumper which made it a dangerous cross over.

The servers at breakfast were exceptional. I really appreciated the personal touch first thing in the morning when I was sleepy from the late night previous. Commendations to those serving with a smile on a Saturday morning!

I wish my room hadn't been so close to the elevator as I heard people coming back as late as 11:30 pm and then was awakened by a family leaving at 6:11 am. If I had been able to keep the fan on in my room it might have muted the exterior sounds.

Excellent breakfast and the small cafe area as great for relaxing. It is always a bonus to have meal service at the hotel! We try to stay only at hotels that offer this.

I called the hotel a week before we arrived and received the BEST customer service over the phone ever! On-site, staff was even more accommodating, going out of their way to respond promptly to requests cheerfully. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this Hilton Garden again!!

we chose this spot because of the pool and it’s proximity to Thrillz Trampoline park (literally 2min drive around the corner) and the kids loved it so it made it worth it

very outdated,no option to order a movie for the kids in the room, nor could we stream a movie from our phone to the TV. there’s no heat in the hallways, like at all, so the walk from the pool back to the room for the kids was harsh. there were stains all over the floor in the room and the floor in the pool was DISGUSTING, outdoor YMCA pool level gross.
