It was a great place to stay with my kids. The room was large, and had a swimming pool to keep the kids busy. The breakfast was great, and had lots of options, not just waffles! It’s close to several restaurants and even has a grocery store 2 blocks away if you need anything! Perfect location, perfect amenities.

The beds were slightly stiff, and could definitely use better pillows, but I can bring my own pillows lol bc everything else was great!

I stayed here May 24-May 26 for an Adventist event at Kamp Kalaqua (camp site down the street from the hotel). The staff were friendly and professional. I would like to extend a special recognition to the morning chef and manager that was on duty May 25th and May 26th. When we informed them of the event and that most of the guest for the event was staying in that hotel, they provided other breakfast alternatives (plain/veggie scrambled eggs, chicken/veggie sausages) considering pork is not consumed by us. The chef showed great customer loyalty and we tremendously appreciate it. Hampton Inn Management Team, please take the opportunity to provide recognition to this chef. His customer loyalty will be remembered and motivate me to recommend Hampton Inn for our future events.

Management--- not everyone eats pork, make it a rule to always include an alternative for breakfast (even if it is a small portion).

The breakfast was very delicious. The front staff was very attentive. Miss T who works the morning shift was very accommodating and she was very friendly.

When I first arrived to check in a guy with an Indian feather stood there and waited for someone else to help me but he helped someone else as I stood there waiting. Also, the AC would not stay on. My sleep was very warm due to the AC not staying on.

Found trash behind toilet . Wasn’t the cleanest but wasn’t the dirtiest. Definitely need better cleaning in rooms . Had a couple stains on wall , I could easily wipe off , shower w was not the cleanest . Need better sanitation crew that’s was the only thing for the money you pay I expected a cleaner room that was my only issue . Whoever cleaned that room did not really clean .

Our plans altered somewhat, which resulted in our being ready to check in just a little before 2:00 pm. We went to the hotel and asked if there was any way that we could have an early check in. The desk clerk was very accommodating and checked us in immediately. It was very much appreciated. The room was perfect.

Honestly one of the better rooms we've stayed in. Double Queen Suite with pull out couch bed. This room was very spacious.....much more than expected. Hotel seemed new because everything was super clean and tidy ...even the elevators were nice . Breakfast was what we've come to expect but was very nice . Pool area was clean an nice ...I even noticed thar the employees had a whole separate area away from the main building where they could go hang out on break and smoke etc. Very nice experience over all .

There was one employee that seem to be having a bad day ...because she had a snarky demeanor when we came to the front desk to ask a question. After saying hello a few times ...I started to look I.n The open door where I had seen other front desk girl come out of when she finally popped out and said Do you need something? To which I held my tongue and paused before asking my question .which was ...do you all have any kind of laundry service or a laundry room where we could get some clothes washed and dried ...she said No! Then asked if I needed anything else ...like I was keeping her from doing whatever she was doing in the back room .I told her thank you...in my most pleasant voice possible ..and said I hope you have a great rest of your night

Large, clean room. The best shower setup I’ve ever had in a hotel. Enjoyed the powered window shade.

Unfortunate experience with thoughtless, sel-absorbed guests above us. Two hours of stomping noise at 2AM - had to call the desk. Not the hotel’s fault 🙂, but you asked😉

The King Suite with microwave and fridge was perfect. Great counter space with mini kitchen sink above.

The ac was facing the kitchen side only, so it took the bed side of the room awhile to cool down, but it did cool down eventually.

The room overall was nice and loved the breakfast.

The bed was too hard for my liking and the pillows were not supportive, but overall was a very nice stay!

The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was continually restocking food and essentials. They were cleaning things in an unobtrusive way. The food was hot, prepared well, delicious and so many choices!

The toilet is very low to the floor. This makes for difficulty getting up or down. A grab bar would be an excellent answer. It was not easy for myself, I am 63. My daughter came to visit us, she is slim, healthy, athletic and only 34. She laughingly told us she thought she'd have to call for help to get up.
