That is the best set up of a room I had ever seen! We booked a room with two queens and were expecting the typical 2 bed, tv and mini fridge set up of any hotel. Especially since the price point was so low, we weren’t expecting anything fancy. But we come in and there is a couch, an actual living room area, an almost full kitchen, and TWO separate bedrooms??? All hotels should be like that! The housekeeping staff were lovely and helpful as well! The finishings weren’t the fanciest and the rooms weren’t fully maintained but it was comfortable, clean, and well laid out! I will be back!

The door locks are quite difficult to use, and even had to ask for help from housekeeping and they had to switch it for another key. Perhaps switch to a key card system instead of physical keys?

The layout of rooms around the covered pool was very welcoming and quiet with good security and privacy. Room size was good and most of the fixtures and finishing were newer and in good condition. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Most if not all rooms were filled and there were no noise distractions. Location was very good for walking around town during our stay.

While we didn't come there to watch TV, we like to catch a little news when traveling and the entertainment package they currently have did not work well at all. Internet service was good, so we got what we needed on our laptop. The beds have metal frames that protect from things going under the bed but make an entertaining clang when bumped.

Good location for our visit to the Everglades. The pool area was nice and the room clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

We had the deluxe queen room with 2 separate bedrooms, a living area and a kitchenette. There were no glasses in the kitchen. The whole room seemed weird like it was added on to the hotel. Could have done with some artwork or even headboards on the beds to make it more cozy. Also curtains on the blinds since you could see the lights that were on all night.

The hotel has a central enclosed courtyard that had a pool, live plants, and seating. Our group enjoyed clustering in that area for a chat with each other and some other guests in the hotel. It is a very small hotel and is quiet and comfortable. It did not have any food service but there is a very good cafe just down the street.

Bleach smell was too strong but with using the bathroom fan it cleared out quickly.

Location was great. Parking easy. Checkin and out easy. The rooms were very large, with tea and coffee facilities. The staff were helpful, especially with places to eat dinner and breakfast. Really pleased we visited and would recommend staying here.

Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool, it looked lovely, there were threats of thunderstorms, so understandably it was closed periodically.

Location, cleanliness, staff, comfort and reasonable price.

need an ice machine in the room area and not just the lobby which is closed at times. The TV in our room had been programmed by the previous person and was a bit difficult to return to normal tuning.

The place was very well organized, pretty big, everything on one single floor. They have a great net EVERYWHERE so mosquitos were not, anyware inside the hotel. Even the swimming pool was open ceiling but with net. The staff was super friendly, the room big and confortable.

no complains at all. For the price we paied, it was a good choice. I cannot give a very high rate becouse it was a basic place, no fancy at all....but great value for money

Nice cable TV, just like at home. Room darkening shade for the sunrise. Microwave worked, as did the fridge, which had a freezer tray. Nice desk.

The water is so hot, the cold water was hot. Some plumbing supply problem, #21. The stairs are a nuisance.

The staff were helpful when we discussed the outside light shining into our bedroom at night. This was quickly sorted out. The rooms were spacious and contained a kitchenette. We had 2 bedrooms, so excellent for families. Staff helped advise on where to eat, which ended up being a nice restaurant option. Ivey House was in a good location for the activities in Everglade City. It has a small but insect proof pool area.

My husband celebrated his 60th and we were greeted in our room with a bottle of bubbly and birthday posters and balloons. The room was a suite with kitchen and sitting area. Coffee and tea was provided and all other necessities. Swimming pool was a lovely temperature!
