Prime location. Most of the staff was incredible. The food at Coste and the staff are excellent. Especially the bartenders. The staff at Cabanas are great as well.

The mattress in my room was a torture devise. The worst ever. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The stove in my room didn’t work. One of the front desk personnel, younger girl with dark hair and glasses was grumpy EVERY time I interacted with her. I couldn’t understand the cleaning staff. The live music in the beach bar is so loud it gave me a headache. Painfully loud.

Staying at this hotel was such a great experience. We stayed in a newly renovated room and everything felt brand new – we were the first ones to use the kitchenware! The view was amazing. The ocean wasn’t the best though, there was a bit of an unpleasant smell, so we mostly stayed by the pool instead. The music and the cocktails at the pool bar were really nice.

During our 2-night stay, the room was never cleaned. On the last day, a staff member even walked into our room without knocking and then apologized saying they didn’t know it was occupied. They definitely need to be more careful!

Closeness to beach and restaurants. Liked the view of the ocean.

The outside AC units were too noisy; could not hear the ocean because of it. When checking in, I asked for extra blanket and pillow and never received it.

Right on beach, great staff, well maintained pool.

Toilet constantly running. Reported it twice with no response. Mold around vents.

Location was great, the access to the beach was perfect! Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella also ... lovely touch! Rooms were comfortable, main bed was slightly hard but can't complain. Sofa bed was comfortable Staff were friendly and helpful Food in the restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced

The live music was very loud, too loud to sit in the restaurant - we sat outside in the rain as it was too much!

Higher Standard Resort than those near by; Resort Location; Beach Access; Restaurant & Bar; Excellent Services; Exceptionally Clean;

The fridge was not stocked for additional fee; breakfast delivery not included; Rooms were not separated from guests with children; The pool was NOT inviting but crowded. The construction on the beach and at the resort was terrible and did cause us to leave the resort beach for other quieter beaches which should NOT have happened for our resort stay.

Our Beachfront room was excellent. Large balcony over the beach facing the ocean. The Room was large, clean and well-furnished. Loved it! We ate several times in the bar/restaurant and it was great and reasonably priced! The staff was excellent. Very nice beach, much less crowded than others nearby. We walked everywhere we wanted to go.

They have a few things they are still working on like the elevators, one of four appeared to be out of service. The balcony was not screened in. There are still very few open breakfast restaurants other than the food trucks. The food trucks did serve great breakfast though. Overall they are doing a great job recovering from the hurricane.

The staff was very friendly! We loved our room as in size and amenities. The bed was very comfortabel and the room very clean! Unfortunately we stayed after a hurrican, so we were not able to use the water, but that is no reflection on the hotel. I loved that there were two hot tubs and a good sized pool, especially since the ocean was off limits.

It was off season, so it didn't seem like there was as much going on as we were accustomed too. Margarittaville just down the way presented a much more festive enviornment.

Close to everything , nice room, clean , staff very nice

I didn’t like that my room was on same side of the kitchen fans it was very noisy on the balcony hard to concentrate on the night to listen to the ocean and have some quiet time . I almost ask to change rooms but I didn’t want to make a big deal . If I go back again I will make sure to stay on the left side of the building by the pool.

It was right on the beach easy access to shopping centers around the hotel.

The only thing I dint like about the stay was that you have to leave the pool area at around 6pm and honestly they should change that because people want to enjoy the pool at night time as well it should be left open at least so people and families can enjoy it more during summer times.
