The beds are comfortable, the place near to the beach, in general the hotel is good.

The breakfast was good. The person in charge of the breakfast place had a rude attitude with some guests. It was the only uncomfortable moment we had during our stay. I think that just because someone enters the room two times and takes two extra portions of bread or two coffees, the person is not committing any crime. Gues sometimes do not want to go to the breakfast room and want to have breakfast in their room. But the person in charge did not deign to listen to the situation. She treated the diner very rudely for having taken twice as many portions. It is an unfortunate fact for the hotel, since you receive people from many places in the world, where we are used to no one being discriminated against, much less denying food to someone who already pays for the services.

I never got the chance to go for breakfast but the location is wonderful it’s one of my best locations

i don’t received the book that i booked the beds in the rooms were very uncomfortable it makes my back hurts the floor was not clean so i couldn’t put my baby on the floor but i enjoyed my stay i will definitely be back soon

Fantastic location and big rooms with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Free breakfast was a great touch. Staff went above and beyond to figure out my room situation !

I didn't like the bed. The mattress was way to soft, I just sank into it.

The location is nice, as it is with all of their properties. It's a bonus that the front desk is open 24 hours. Most of the beach hotels around here, the front desk shuts down at 11pm at the latest.

Liz at the front desk was great they was superrr busy like line out the door 1hr wait for check ins but LIZ was perfect with everyone i watched her customer service with everyone . The location is Great right on beach . the room was way better then i expected

pool is literally at the front door so it sucked that pool hours was 9pm closed cause i checked in about 830ish . also room was renovated and fairly clean just small things need attention in the bathroom area

I'm a senior.. The room, comfy bed, soft towels, TV the cold AC .kitchen. I could bring snacks and cold drinks.

I tried to book a room for May 27-28 but the $200 deposit for incidentals was not returned to my checking account. When i booked the room I got a confirmation no. When I went to check in my room was rented and my belongings were in housekeeping - they would't get them said come back tomorrow

It can get very busy at the front office so have patience if you get in late and I also didn't like the cleaning staff the next morning. I had music on while getting dressed I had already established a late checkout and they were about to just walk in my room since it was 1130 and I didn't hear them knock I had to scream don't come in.
