1207 is a nice unit but some of the other units are a nightmare! When we went to check-in, they told us that the unit was not available because of plumbing so they put us at the Neptune. I told the gentleman at the front desk that I might wanna extend a couple days. I wasn’t sure he said that wouldn’t be a problem if I wasn’t able to extend through booking.com Just to make a new reservation and that I could stay in the same room as long as I paid $39 difference when I went

Maria the lady at the front desk and William the manager. They are rude and ruthless. That lady has no customer service skills. Told me I was wasting her time and to get out of her face. I hope the cameras record. This woman needs to be terminated

After arrival, we were actually offered to stay at the Neptune Hotel for a little more money. So glad we did because we were just steps from the beach. With a beach view in front and pool view in back. Beautiful stay. Thanks!

Can't really say we "didn't like " anything. Maybe except for the fact you have to rent beach towels ($5 per day) they do not come with price of your room.

The room surprised me because the prior night we stayed at another of their hotels they owned and we didn’t like it… but the room we got here was amazing, almost wanted to stay another two nights lol free breakfast was clutch (bananas, granola bars, cereal, bagels, cinnamon rolls, coffee juice and water)

I liked everything, minus no lights outside our room, if I were alone I wouldn’t have felt comfortable leaving my room after sun down.

Breakfast was a delightful surprise. Great atmosphere wonderful selection. Great location walking distance to the beach. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant.... Thankyou! Will stay here again without hesitation.

I would be great if the pillows where a little firmer. Parking- to somehow have an agreement with the City of Hollywood that parking passes are honored. I parked on the street and it was a huge ding to my pocket book.

Location was great in proximity to beach. Breakfast was included. Pools were nice Staff was very good with people

A bit complicated with rooms that were first given to us and then located us to a different place and one room was good our 2nd room was not too nice

The entrance should be also in the back of the building for easier access to parking and safety from main road.
