Location! Next to the Broadwalk and all restaurants and shops! The room has everything you need, but unusual for Airbnb not to have kitchen. The room is tiny, but ok for 1-2 people.

Not really a kitchen. Can't prepare food there. No sink, no stove, no utensils. We found it's unusual for Airbb rentals. Another very important thing missing is the hanging closet. No where to put your coats or ironed cloth. Only drawers.

The location is very close to the beach and Broadwalk. The renovations were nice.

We never saw a staff member while we stayed so I cannot comment on the staff. It would be nice if they provided beach chairs for guests to use. We asked if they could hold our luggage and was told it was not possible. We found out later that there is a business at end of Cleveland Street that will hold luggage for a fee.

Great location. Room was clean and updated. Parking available for extra fee. Beach towels provided. No keys, just a lock code.

No closet or full length mirror in room. I would have liked being able to speak/meet with a hotel front office employee. No pool on site or a shared pool available. Parking fee was expensive.

We had Room 206 and the only (negative) surprise was that the only sink/water source was in the bathroom. The room had a small but excellent fridge, a coffee pot, and a microwave; but no stove top. There was a portable grill if we wanted to cook though. Bed was comfortable, and the shower was fine. The room was just about a minutes walk from the beach, and our car was parked right by the office (which we didn't move during our 3 night stay.

The lack of the sink mentioned above.

The overlaps between the rooms are a door covered with a noise-covering film. And everything is very audible from the next room, and the air conditioner works for 3 rooms at the same time.

Just steps to the beach and the broadwalk. Free Amenities such as bikes, beach umbrella, beach lounge chairs, free washer and dryer use, clothes lines with pins mama foot rinse sprayers. Hotel staff are very friendly and hospitable. Owners are very courteous friendly always asking if need something else very pleasant place to stay and only a few steps to the beach.

I cannot say there was anything I didn’t like. It was an older building but it was clean never saw one bug in the four days I was there everything was clean and anything needed was provided immediately fabulous place

The staff, including owner, are very friendly and helpful. They have looked out us for years. Sadly, they might be selling but they say the prospective new owners are very friendly. Only time will tell how this works out.

Help with taking the heavy lounge chairs to the beach which is a short block away from the beach

Great bargain for your bucks. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel service, then this isn't the place for you. If you're self sufficient enough to handle self check in and self service then you've come to the right spot. A nice and quiet neighborhood offering a very clean & comfy bed, A/C, clean bathroom and a garden patio area to enjoy. It's like living in an efficiency apt with a fully equipped kitchenette at the beach for a few days. Location is wonderful. Just steps to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and shops.

Couldn't ask for better location. Nostalgic Florida decor, which keeps price lower for the location..Pillows were great.Staff was great, kind and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

TVs weren't programmed to fit the screen. TV in open area should be larger and on a better stand. I should have been able to park in front of the room.

The proximity to the beach, a minute walk from the hotel. The boardwalk, restaurants, people and perfect South Florida weather.
