I liked the location, including the fact that I could sit outside my door to read. The staff were unfailingly pleasant even when language was a barrier, any time I asked for something the response was immediate this lasted until the very last minute when the cab I had precooked to take me to the airport did not come, the guy on duty at the desk called another company for me and the car was there within 15 minutes enabling me to still be on time for my flight.

I did not like the fact that there were a lot of one night stays by nature these bookings are disruptive in many ways not the least of which is my feeling of safety as an older person traveling alone. Whilst I understand the need to fill rooms I think that more care could be taken to ensure that the one night partners are in a site a bit removed from the long stay quietly relaxing people. Since I was there for a month it became obvious to me that bug spraying needs to be done more often than that, I would have gladly stayed away from my room for several hours to facilitate that.

The staff, especially Donna, was very helpful with holding all of my stuff. The office staff was in a meeting, but Donna took it upon herself to find a couple of gentlemen to put it all on a cart and move it down the street and put it in my room. I like that it was really close to the beach. It was very comfortable and they cleaned my room regularly. Donna needs a raise.

No ice machine. They sold bags of ice but kinda expensive. There weren't any paper towels, and it would have been nice to have a broom and dust pan in the room. The laundry machines were iffy.

The property was clean, spacious, and ideally located, just a block from the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Walvin, who checked us in, was exceptionally professional. He even walked us outside to show us which building our room was in, which was especially helpful since we arrived at 2 a.m. and many of the buildings looked similar in the dark.

The room could use some cups for coffee or tea and perhaps a few bottles of water.

The rooms were so spacious and we had a nice patio area . Just walks to the beach

Check in was insane ! Need a better system . 4 staff was on and the line was still outside the door for hours . I didn’t drive their ! But I heard the staff say they ran out of parking passes . How if each room can get one parking spot ? So I am happy I wasent in that but I felt that was unfair .

Great location and room clean.

Kitchen is provided but not pans, utensils, etc.. Check in was confusing because Holiday Beach Hotels is the office for several of the hotels including the Sun Beach Inn...therefore check in was not at our motel but a short walk down the street. Not a problem but couldn't find our office.

Nobody informs you where the office is. 1hr wait to check in, you offer microwave and coffee pot,but there was not one cup, dish, or silverware (we were supposed to bring our own). Went for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. place was locked up, and the fixtures in the room were very dusty

The beach was right outside my door. The area gave a safe feeling. The room amenities were just what we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels and face cloths. Close to the stores and restaurants we enjoyed. The weather was great to us. The local store had everything great prices including bags of ice.

The closet for clothing was a little outdated, the shower flow was weird. Could use sheer curtains instead of blinds. No provided beach towels, bring your own or purchase from local store.

The location is 10/10. The room was large. Public space at the hotel is great. Lot's of outdoor space, pool, etc. The staff was very nice. The area is quiet at night.

The room was filthy. I was staying for 10 days so I had the chance to clean it myself. It took me a bout 3 hrs. It was cleaned by the staff as I could smell the cheap lemon cleaner they used. I just don't think they do a good job. So I went to Walmart, spent $20 on supplies and scrubbed the floor myself. The floor was sticky like fly paper when I checked in. Probably the result of long term dirty mop quick cleaning.

Nice location, super price, exceeded expectations.

HBH is managing several properties from one desk presenting as various named hotels on Booking.com this is confusing and probably a bit of an exploit/not transparent practice.

Location looked sketchy but was nice. Better than expected. House keeping was outstanding. Those ladies worth their tails off. Right off the beach

Breakfast was awful. Honey buns and bananas. Pointless I didn’t mind paying for parking but then sell more permits than parking spots. During busy times it was hard finding a spot nearby. Nobody spoke English and everyone was smoking weed. I don’t mind recreational smoking but it was excessive
