I liked the location. I liked the cleanliness of the large efficiency/studio facility. They give you plenty of towels. Free ice. They supply bikes and swimming accessories. Friendly management. 4 people can comfortably sleep in the unit. The kitchenette is nice to have. Pet friendly. I had my two small chichuahas with me.

The parking was challenging, especially on the first day, July 4th. It's a crowded beach area and it has little city parking overall. The city does put on a great fireworks display at 9 PM which can be seen throughout the entire beach area. The corner unit I stayed in #8, is very nice and has a small area that can act as a balcony and beach viewing area. I think it was a bit pricey for the property. Almost 240 dollars a night and it's not a luxury hotel.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed for Christmas to New Year. Rooms are clean and bright. We had a cooktop, toaster, refridgerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It also comes with all of the items you need to plate it, cook it, and eat it. In your room you have 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and 2 beach towels. They have bikes to use for free, small Styrofoam coolers, free small bags of ice, electric outdoor grills, extra chairs, little floaties and after 5 pm, you can use their washer and dryer. When you book it, they have 5 or 6 parking spaces out front, probably need to let them know at booking. A husband and wife own it, and they are super friendly and helpful as well as easy to work with. The place is clean outside too. You are about 50-60 feet from the boardwalk and beach. You also can see the ocean from any second floor room. Highly recommend, and we will be back for a 3rd year next year.

Absolutely amazing experience! We use to live in Miami and decided to come for vacation this time. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly! Natalia has done everything to make the best for us!! Rooms are so clean and have everything you need even for a beach! You can also get a bikes, they are included in your stay! The location is truly the best! I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back for sure!!!

It was a very nice,spacious room, with big bed and sofa, kitchen. Balcony is not private. You can see other guests, but you have your own corner. Beach towels, chairs and sun umbrella are in the room. Free bike rent. Location is one of The best, just in front of The beach,but still quite peaceful.

The property was very clean and adorable. We really enjoyed the bikes that were available. We had a couple issues in the beginning with beach chairs and bikes but once we mentioned the issue they were fixed right away. The room we stayed in was very small so I would pay attention to the dimensions when booking. We would get a bigger room the next time. We would definitely return to The Marlin. Highly recommend

The room was very nice and the hotel is located a few meters from the beach in a nice street. Our stay was comfortable and the price reasonable.

The owners are not often present and the office is always closed, so it's not easy to ask for something or to get answers to a question. The cleaners are there in the morning but only speak Spanish.

Close to broadwalk and beach, room 8 was very clean and comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella, large towels were supplied. Kitchenette and dinette table made in-room meal prep easy.

Pet friendly property is thoughtful for owners, unfortunately all pet owners aren’t thoughtful of fellow neighbors. Constant barking of small dog became annoying.

Room was very clean. Kitchen had everything , including salt and pepper dish liquid and sponge 🧽. They provide beach chairs 💺 , bike 🚲, umbrella 🏖️. You can grill , they have a grill in front of the office , I'm not sure if it's for public use ,but you can definitely bring your own. The room is yours you do as you want they have a broom you can clean up. There's a small table and chairs out side on balcony. I would recommend bringing paper towels. Large room very comfortable very cold air conditioner bathroom was very nice. Lots of towels . Extremely clean. Peaceful . There's a small karaoke bar about half a block away if you need some noise. They play a lot of rock and roll and oldies. The beach ⛱️ is beautiful. You're almost on boardwalk practically the minute you step out of the hotel . Balcony was nice . You can find restaurants and food along the boardwalk and there's also a small grocery store in the area. I booked a single room with a view and a king size bed and I could look out the window or door and see the beach 🏖️. Highly recommend.

Parking is tight. But at least you get a spot.

The Marlin is a cute, recently refurbished art-deco type property. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we had a king size bed. The Air conditioning worked well. It was steps from Hollywood Beach, and Beach chairs & and umbrella were provided. They have Bycicles you can use, we took a delightful ride up the Broadwalk to the less busy part. Speaking of which, their location is close enough to all the restaurants clustered around the Margaritaville resort, but far enough away so you don't get the noise & crowds. Ideal for us. The staff, especially Max the proprieter, are very nice & helpful. There was no-one at the office when we arrived, but I just called and was met by one of the staff with our room key. Our room had a small kitchen area with enough cutlery & china for 2, a coffee maker(standard drip with paper filters provided) and a small stove top, microwave & toaster. There was a small terrace outside with a table & folding chairs. Not quite enough storage space for us, but we did have a lot of stuff! We had a closet with plenty of hangers, and a couple of shelves, but no drawers. The bathroom was smal, and had a nice walk-in shower with good water pressure. All in all we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. We would definitley consider staying here again in future.

A little more storage space, That was the only thing.

Staff was helpful and responsive. Free parking pass included, parking just steps away. Location was perfect! Just off the boardwalk, so quiet but practically on the beach. Cute building, convenient rooms with beach gear we didn't have to ask for, it was in the room. Kitchenette was adequate, clean. Sofa bed was too hard, but they brought extra blankets for cushioning. Lovely view and darling place.

You are supposed to let them know way in advance if you need housekeeping, so put that in your booking requests. They were speedy with towel refreshes, though. Nice staff.
