Ease of stay, clean and well thought of many details. There are hooks everywhere to hang towels, there was coffee, coffeemaker, great ways to charge things by bed, chairs and umbrellas for beach. We had three in the room, could’ve fit four but may have been crowded. Loved our stay and if I needed to reach out to Marco I felt comfortable to do so. But we just had a great stay and didn’t need to!

Things needing help at your place, but didn’t bother us, just may want to look into for future….Water leaks out of shower because shower curtain is short. May cost a lot of repairs later if you fix sooner. Drain in bathroom also smells (sewer like), may just need a deep cleaning. Neither of these bothered us, just used extra towels and kept bathroom door closed. Overall such a great place to stay though, highly recommend!!

I had the best stay for my mini birthday trip. Normally I book hotels but this time I wanted something different and this location was exactly what I wanted. It was small but perfect for just my son and I. It felt like we lived in Florida! Marco was great with checking in and gave us details about the area and some of the hot spots. Very close and convenient to the beach. Plates, napkins, beach chairs, pots and pans, you name it! I was able to buy groceries for the time I was there! I would definitely come back and stay here again, thank you!

When we booked the room, the host immediately sent a message with clear instructions on how to find the hotel and where to get the key. Throughout our stay, he was always responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions — it was very pleasant and appreciated. The location is just perfect! Only a couple of steps from the sea, with restaurants, a promenade, and everything you need within walking distance. The room had everything necessary. It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to our friends.

Terrific location, bright and modern apartment (106) with a bit of an ocean view from the kitchen and a very responsive host. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs were very clean and comfortable. The bed pillows were better than most hotels so slept very well. Already planning to return next year!

Great location. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a fun weekend at the beach. The place was spacious and found it very accommodating. Would definitely consider booking there again.

Low water pressure in the shower but it wouldn't deter us from coming back :)

It was clean, perfect distance from the beach and business of Hollywood boardwalk. Comfortable space, I stayed with my mom but the place could easily fit a couple and two children.

Nothing really, the lights on the back are very strong but it helps to ensure safety, maybe replace the blinds with light blocking ones.

The property was well stocked. Rooms were nice and the two bathrooms were helpful. The location was perfect.

The lowest the air conditioner could go was 72 degrees. This was bad because it wasn’t hot outside, but if hot it wouldn’t be cool enough. This was my only complaint.

Marco was very responsive and accommodating! Easy check in and check out! It was right off the boardwalk which is right off the beach! Apartment was comfy and had everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom and beach! Need a little touch up in some areas but nothing crazy! Great bang for your buck! Excellent location & customer service. I would definitely book again and recommend!

This hotel has a very good owner, I liked his attitude towards customers. If you are looking for an affordable hotel with a great location and cannot afford 5-star hotels, then it is definitely worth coming here. The hotel has beach chairs and an umbrella (the chairs are clean) and clean towels. The room has everything you need. I haven't seen such good service in a long time. The only downside is the parrots on the hotel's roof, they are very noisy birds.

The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach, check in is super easy and quick, about a few minutes after booking we arrived and entered without any problems. The room is complete, the beds excellent, kitchen with utensils, bathroom with very nice shower.
