Close to the beach, in walking distance from the famous all nigher Nick’s bar - and although we don’t drink, we love their late night burgers, soup and not to forget karaoke 😂😂😂 Also near by was the open stage with free concerts almost every night. The apartment was super clean, separate bedroom, full kitchen, dining table for 5 or 6, nice and accommodating manager and owner. Close to bus 12 that goes up to broward mall and from there we changed to bus 22 that took us to sawgrass mills mall. Lyft is cheap and took us to Adventura mall and galleria mall for less than 15 bucks.

Everything was excellent! The apartment has two rooms, two beds, and a comfortable sofa. Everything works perfectly. Parking is very convenient. We arrived early and were allowed to check in before 3 PM without any issues. All the passwords and instructions were provided in advance, so everything was simple and easy to understand. And the best part, of course, is the ocean — just a 3-minute walk away. Everything was great — highly recommended!

I can't say anything bad.

The property is beautifully maintained with lots of beautiful plants, flowers and vegetation. Our room was very cozy, quaint and clean. Steps from the beach, which was amazing and also the free parking.

There’s a bit of road noise from Ocean Boulevard but cannot really be heard when the AC is on. The mattress desperately needs to be replaced, unfortunately I did not sleep too well because of it.

Facility was clean and well kept. There was a washing machine and dryer on property. Check in and out was super easy and staff were very responsive.

There was no switch for the overhead light/fan in the room. This made I had to run the air conditioner more because I couldn't turn on the fan.

We got a last minute reservation due to evacuation from a hurricane. We were very appreciative of the reasonable price and that price gouging did not happen. We were not expecting such a spacious, clean apartment with a last minute booking. The beach boardwalk is about a block away. Parking was easy. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wi-Fi was spotty.

This small family owned business was happy and helpful when we had any questions. The room was great! It fit all types of travelers! It was clean, spacious for moving around, and quiet we cooked when we could with the basics they provided in the kitchenette. We had an addition our family and wanted an easy walk to carry him from room to beach. THIS WAS IT! Thank you BEACH TIDE APTS for the hospitality. The parking spots, the outdoor grill, the proximity to all the big cities was exactly what i wanted! This was an experience i will hope to repeat next year! Ps they had beach chairs and umbrellas in the room. Ask the staff contact person to use them.

One outlet didn't work no big deal, i plan for this stuff but there were more outlets to work with. The blinds didn't work perfectly but I didn't really use them. if you enter the ocean st or drive, to get to Coolidge SOMETIMES on Sheridan Dr there are times where the boats pass through and split the street and traffic builds when entering or exiting. Leave 15 min early if you really worry about travel time.

Super clean, comfortable bed, quiet, easy to parking, and walk to beach. Communications are easy and way. Wifi is very good. Kitchenware are very simple and not everything. We used and cooking.

ALL Blind shadow need replace and better block dark. Every night, We cannot sleep because old blind shadow is loose and bright from outside lights. We are not comfortable with blind shadow loose. Someone can see us at night. Also, AC digital blue light bright bedroom at night.

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were friendly, prompt responses to all my questions and the room was comfortable. Thank you! It is a very cozy place with excellent infrastructure. Calm and comfortable.

I did not look for what I did not like; I was enjoying my vacation.

Last minute booking for three nights with 650 sq. ft…clean, cheap, dated but functional. Outside plants are pretty. Didn’t use the old grill. There were umbrellas and beach chairs to take to beach... so nice. Sitting area outside is shaded.

Grill did not look usable. Washer & dryer should be replaced.

the proximity to the beach was perfect, just pick up your beach chair and walk! Also they supply beach chairs and towels which was perfect! loved that it was on the boardwalk but a little farther north so it was quieter and not a party scene. We ended up with a suite which was like a little apartment and had everything you needed!

We had two nice beds, one was firm and one was pretty soft. My mom enjoyed sleeping in the soft one, but not sure if that would be ideal for everyone.
