The location is excellent - very close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We had a great night’s sleep. The free breakfast had a variety of choices (various breads/bagels, hard boiled eggs, cheese, peanut butter, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, pastries). We had a small problem with getting the local TV channels, and although it was almost 11pm, Adrian cheerfully fixed the issue. Such great service!!

Parking was a bit of a challenge (this is throughout the beach area of Hollywood, not just this motel), but the hotel has its own parking spots which can be used by any of their guests who pay for parking so we found a spot each night.

I like the cleanliness and size of the rooms, swelling as professional dependable staff that are always willing to help with a smile on there face. They give off the vibe that the really enjoy there job and the location is amazing!

I don't like how pricey adding another day can be or how the hotel doesn't incentive its more loyal customers such as myself with some sort of reward program or maybe just looking out. I wish my choice to continuously pay to stay here and not any other hotel was valued more. Unfortunately I get the same treatment as a man staying here for the first time

Great location the room is near the walk and has everything you need.

The training gentleman at check in was great and the check out, but the lady's have poor customer service skills they talk rude to your customers like if we owed them something and always answer like we're taking there time away.

Housekeeping was great. Reception desk was horrible.

location to the beach. studio apartment with Full refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee machine Because they manage a couple of properties check in can take a while, if everyone arrives at the same time. However Karen and the other check in lady, maintained their professionalism and handled it like Champions.

The staff is always so helpful and kind i truly appreciate there professional nature that seems so genuine and natural. Thanx again guys I look forward to staying with you guys again soon.

Owner went BEYOND. I have a lengthy review on Bookings. They put me on the first floor. Room was 500 ft walk to the beach. The mattress was fabulous, being up since 4:00 am to fly down. Placw was right out of the 50's - - - charming. Reflected a bit of what old Florida would have been. This place will ONLY appeal to those who like laid back, easy going, quiet and not impressed with LACK OF PRETENSE. Read that again. Glitter turns your off, this is the place. Clean, charming, a fantastic 'down at the heels chic'. Competes with P-town or parts of coastal Maine.

Great value and great location.

The check in process is always long. I stay at your hotels a lot. Every time there is a long wait to check in. You need to figure out a way to stream line the process. Especially for your returning guest. Many times people are angry at the wait and the staff is stressed out. There has to be way to simplify the processes or gather the information online.

I had no breakfast value for money

The numerous staff kept telling everyone one that if park at meter outside property car will be towed. And ticketed ! There's no towing whatsoever. And at night they don't give tickets. 99% of time.now if you get ticket it's 25 dollar's maximum. Parking in the property is 20 dollar's per day if you're in hotel only at night it's truly a waste of money. I parked outside the property 6nights I saved 120 dollar's never saw even a traffic warden at nights
