I stayed in the 1600 building and the king size room was nice. It came with a big fridge, stove top and oven. For the value, you can not beat having a room like that right next to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the TV was nice and perfect.

The line to check in was RIDICULOUS! They need to either come up with a new way to check in people or hire more staff. I lost precious time that I could have been at the beach, at least an hour if not more, just waiting to check in. There was no early check in available which they should have in place knowing that they create a situation like this. Also, there was no door on my bathroom which made it extremely uncomfortable and weird since I was there with someone else

I DID NOT enjoy all the extra fees when you check In. Also,I booked a room and accidentally made what I thought was a reservation for a hotel this company also owns.I only paid for one of the books,so I thought that was the room I had booked.Once I got here,I had already paid for 2 nights.I had to pay for the reservation AND the booking had to be paid again,so I basically paid for 4 nights,but only got 2.Its actually NOT the hotels fault.Its the booking app being completely not transparent about the fees and the fact that a booking that isn't paid for is NOT considered a reservation,IT SEEMS ITS CONSIDERED A BOOKING!!!SO I HAD TO ALSO PAY FOR THAT!!!.IVE never in my life experienced something this ridiculous.It would be so much better if the discounted prices would be received ,and actually honored with ease but its Not the case.The hotels are generally Not happy when you arrive with discounted books and are quite vocal about it,stating you should ALWAYS book directly with the hotel l!!?!This has happened at each hotel, I've ever,booked thru app. this one being the mosy obvious about it.They seem to want their hotels to always stay fully booked so they DO need these apps to fulfill the rooms, BUUT, they also want everyone to pay full price so its a real catch 22.they make sure you pay so many fees,You receive basically no discount in the end.Not sure I can do anything about it.Had to say my piece.

I like that the location is very close to the beach you can literally walk there. But this has no ocean views, if that doesn't bother you, you will be just fine. Also the place is neat and tidy, no smell like smoke or anything.

The pool isn't that bad but we didn't try it out, though another family did. The location is tidy and neat. You have to walk to another hotel to grab your breakfast, as the location is a combined group of mini staycations. Breakfast served has not much protein based meal so be mindful and keeping an eye on your food intake like me.

everything!!! location, my beautiful room, accessibility to everything beach, restaurants, but above all the way I was treated when I arrived there by Uber from Fort Lauderdale airport late like maybe midnight after not getting on two flights! I am a retired former flight attendant having served for over 45 years so I travel when I do for free but standby that particular day it was horrible weather up in the East Coast which delayed flight like a domino effect which always happens etc., so I did not get onto two flights after Big at the airport for probably six hours maybe longer so I Uber back had no place to stay called and was lucky enough to find your location. I arrived after midnight. I was so tired. I can't remember the time hungry hadn't eaten while waiting to check in because the front desk people were busy. I was able to buy some food items and groceries and your wonderful little store and when they got to me the wonderful gentleman that checked me and started the whole trip on a fabulous note and made everything incredible if it weren't for him, I was gonna break down and cry. His name is Walvin and he could see. I was close to tears and tried to briefly. Tell him my story and not only did he check me in. He gave me a fabulous room and he escorted me, walked me to the room since it was late at night and I just turned 74 while down there I'm a very young 74 but also he recognized the fact that was probably his mother's age and walked me in my room to make sure I was safe. you open the door for me and when I saw the room I was in all it was beautiful. He asked if I was OK with the room and I said definitely and he said this key wasn't working. He was gonna be back and knocking the door for me just to close the door and lock it. He came back immediately and gave me the good key and told me to be safe not to go out tonight.

Didn't get to take advantage of breakfast - i broke my ankle so we just stayed in the room mostly. I called ahead to ask the staff for accommodation as I am having to use a walker - initially they didn't really understand the gravity of my mobility situation - but once they saw the pins and rods sticking out of my foot - they began accommodating a bit more. The bathroom was pretty small so it was difficult to get in and out of, again - this isn't the hotel's fault. Overall it was a pretty nice stay we even stayed an extra day, very close to the broadwalk so we got to wheel me around there and see the beach and all the shops/restaurants.

Having to step up into the front office and the room was kind of difficult but i managed it. The bathroom was tiny and i had to maneuver around just to get the door to close. Otherwise, it was pretty good.

It's a good location, clean rooms modernly decorated, well kept grounds, very close to the beach and boardwalk. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Did a late check out for a fee but was worth it It is the bare minimum and nothing more, however what you need is available and can be purchased. No cups, no ice machines. Also you have to pay for parking, $38.50, or you will be towed. So that's another added expense that isn't included in total price you expect to pay.

I recommend the continental breakfast taken care of by Dana. She is always friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned by Sharon, and she made sure that we had everything we needed.

There were a few things that needed attention when we first arrived. But eventually, everything was taken care of. Thanks to James.

I enjoy the walk to the Breakfast area , .I got to see the area more. I also found a beach area maybe a have block away . , it was pretty cool ..Thank you. My next time I will be able to stay a.bit longer ,,,. Thank you seagull......Angel from Albany ga.
