Location was right on the beach, and had a heated pool that was mostly ours

Was told there was a kitchette with a stove and full sized refrigerator. Our room had a microwave and dorm fridge, coffee maker (no coffee) . When asked the front desk the next day (checked in late night) she said that's it, nothing she could do. When I told a different staff person a few days later she said we could switch rooms. It was too late by then AND no tv remote, took 2 trips to office. Bathroom door didn't close.

Loved the view ... we actually stayed at The Neptune instead of the Paradise so this review is for the Neptune king room with kitchen and oceanfront view. View was spectacular.

Floors were a bit dirty, had a coffee maker but no coffee was provided. Breakfast was kindof a joke, so many people because it was only from 8am to 9am so we didn't get breakfast. Would be better if you did like 7am to 10am then everyone wouldn't be there at once. So, disappointed that the breakfast was really not included because there was such a huge line.

The place, the location steps from tge broadwalk and beach, and the professionalism, kindness, and hospitality from the entire personnel.i highly recommend Hollywood Beach Hotels with pool access to all their properties.

Everything was wonderful!

You can't beat the place ... it is literally oceanfront! And it I seemed like recently renovated, as of july 2025. Beds are amazing and comfortable, as well as the pillows and the linen, which were very clean.

The only thing is the a/c a little bit noisy.

The WiFi isn’t the best. The lobby doesn’t have the nicest staff but a couple are ok. **Also** get parking pass. They towed our UHaul!! Ugh

We stayed in the neptune building. It was updated and had an ocean view. We asked for late checkout which we got at no extra charge. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom had nowhere to put anything. Not even counter space. It is a small bathroom which is fine but a few shelves or something would help. We still made it work and really enjoyed our stay.

Our room was right in front loved the view and the location was perfect. Loved the pillows.

coffee! There was a coffee maker but no coffee. I'm not sure why breakfast was 8-10 . We wake up and 5 every morning, so the no coffee was not cool! I also think they could have finished the remodel in the bathroom

We had a very good time there. Our favorite place is Paradise Hotel. We loved our stay, and people who worked there are very helpful I am very happy with the stay, we are coming back again soon.wilson is the manager there, he is very nice.

I liked the location it was close by everything, that I could walk to. Good restaurants and live shows. The location is 12 min of the Hard Rock Casino. I loved that your are basically at the beach.

First of all be sure your room is ocean view or something like that because when I checked in they gave me a room that it was facing a wall in a alley. I did not expect that and I asked to change because I paid for a room that mentioned ocean view.
