What I did like about it was they did change our room even though we had to pay a little extra but we ended up having the best time Maria and Wilson and all of them were very nice to us, now will we come back yes but not to the Oasis probably to another one of their hotels but it was beautiful

When we first got there I admit the hotel that they gave us was not a good one TV didn't work door look like it was going to come off it was small I was not comfortable the first night

Friendly service, the breakfast could use a little help, a bit uncomfortable set up for self service, other than that it is well stablish and family oriented. My grandkids had a wonderful- lay back weekend. Thank you.

Mostly, the non-refundable policy was that I ended up losing over $600.00 only because I didn't reserve the right room and ended up paying for two separate rooms and only needed one. I think I should have had the cost of one room refunded, but because of that policy, that was not the case. I also think that particular part stated on the propaganda of (BREAKFAST INCLUDED) is a little overrated because the way I see it is a very poor breakfast and uncomfortable setting for self service.

The kitchen was nice had a stove top, I liked the glass door to the shower, there was a table with chairs and bench. parking had to be paid for, on top of total amount, enough space for 2 cars. Had a comfortable bed with Amazon prime tv. And close to ocean, Nice!

The extra frees, confusing address, floor needs to be swept, strange people, not alot of outlets, I found one in the kitchen area, top wall, above the shelf

Hotel is very good nice to stay . Very comfortable private room, clean bed and bathroom. I was very happy to stay. Front desk staff very good, kind, attention to questions. Breakfast is good. Thank you very much.

I loved the design of the building with the tall gates. Walking distance Right next to the beach

Room was next to the main road very loud throughout the night. Even though windows were closed

Very quiet and peaceful. Pool was warm and delightful.

The privacy was great. No loud neighbors. Very relaxing. It was a great little get away.

I was upgraded to the Neptune and the view of the ocean from my windows was breathtaking!

The continental breakfast could have been better.

It was only a 5 min walk to the Broadwalk of Miami Beach! I suggest Sharks or Nick's for food and drinks. Quite and peaceful.

Close to beach. Boardwalk had lots of choices for food. Quiet ambience.

Room floor had sand. Room not equipped with kitchen utensils as stated in sign in kitchen. Boardwalk should have better lighting.
