Location was perfect, parking was easy, I loved the area, very beautiful. I definitely recommend this hotel

I don’t know what it is but the staff all have some crazy attitude, rude and dry. I went to the front office asking for a bar of soap and the lady was too lazy to get some so just told me she doesn’t have any with her right now, and told me “I guess you have to buy” with attitude. As we were there another guest walked in asking for utensils and the front desk lady just shook her head no we don’t have I’ll have to go to the kitchen. I guess she felt bad after so she walked to the kitchen which was literally 6 feet away and gave her some. When I was getting the free breakfast too, the lady attending had so much attitude for no reason. No good morning at all, just telling me what to do

The ladies in the front desk were a little busy and overwhelmed there was lots of people trying to check in at the same time . But they were still awesome good attitude. I know one of the girls name is Maria I forgot the other ladies name but they were great i give them a 10 star . As a matter of fact I rented agsin for 4 of July thanks to the wonderful workers u have there even the maintenance guys because we had a issue with our air conditioner they still acomódate us to a different room not far from the other . We had a great time Ty to all ur staff especially those girls in the front desk because it could get a little overwhelming but they did great. I really appreciate it ….

The best location, very clean and nice rooms, comfortable bed and pillows..any noise , I was worried about the bad reviews in the booking website. The front desk supervisor supper nice and busy all the time, but always with the priority for the guests, I can complain about the Neptune hotel...I was there in the pass..

The description for the room in booking website is not the reality. Nothing to see with the reality..I was waiting for better room the bigger side , it is very small ,too small and ogly room.when my husband refused to stay there...we going ti the front desk, they moved for 3 other rooms 😀 💙 😉. Thanks God..other people was complaining about the same problem.. the 2 rooms apartment is to small no picture like booking have..

We didnt make it to the breakfast, bummer. The location is the best. I couldn't of been happier. Just what I wanted on the Broadwalk. Walking access to so many bars, stores, restaurants and of course the beach. Loved being able to get up and go exercise in the morning on the Broadwalk too. Hollywood beach is a great place

Newly renovated Jr. Apartment was exceptionally clean. We've been coming here for years for the apartments with direct view of ocean. It was refreshing to see that the apartment was renovated. We used the grill which was brand new. The property is quiet and we've never had an issue with crime while staying here.

The knob on the stove in our unit can easily be turned by brushing against it since it is at waist level, not on the top. I had to keep checking to make sure we didn't accidently turn it on.

The location, the comfy, clean beds.

AC stuck on HIGH and the remote for the AC was not working / was missing the battery. I went to the front desk and Security came to check the remote but was not able to do anything because the maintenance crew was already gone for the night. The room was freezing. We had to unplug the AC unit to get the room to warm up. No cups in the kitchen for coffee maker.

The woman at check in Maria was awesome she was nice helpful and we t out if her way to help me She was awesome so was the area I love it there

Shower no hot water. The toilet was not working 😕. The outlet by the coffee machine was not working. I need my coffee ☕️ in the morning. Was not to interested in the free breakfast 😕.

Super close to the beach. Very clean. Staff in the front desk were super helpful and very professional

It was a little loud. However it should be expected because of location Room did not have toothpaste

The staff, is overwhelmed with the many hotels they are trying to handle, making check-in a long and lengthy process. Our first room given to us had an extremely bad cat urine odor and the A.C was not working. The new room was perfect, except that it had roaches. There was even a surprise one, frozen inside the icecube tray. They did spray the next day, but we had to kill a few.
