Rooms and Hotel recently renovated with an Italian villa vibe. I totally loved it. Short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and the Hollywood Boardwalk action.

I had an issue with the hed being a little soft....I'm sed to having a hard bed, so I woke up with a sore lower back..

Location and the quaintness. It was very clean

They said park was available in the description. However it was not stated that there was a charge per night. Also I wandered around several minutes in the dark at night looking for the check in. It should have been stated where the check in was before

The property is very cute, but we didn’t end up staying at the Casa Pellegrino, after all. At check in, they asked if we minded upgrading to their ocean front hotel (Casa is just one block off beach) and we said as long as it’s a clean room, we don’t mind. They gave us a 2nd floor room, at the front of their Neptune hotel, which was right on the Broadwalk! We had GORGEOUS big window views of the beach and ocean, from every window!! We were delighted! The room is nicely upgraded/remodeled and was beautiful. We were just staying one night to catch our early a.m. plane home, after our cruise, but I’d LOVE to stay in that room for a whole week!

Breakfast was very good as far as hotel breakfasts go. Location was amazing. A little confusion at check in, but that was on priceline and our ability to communicate.

I think it should have been better spelled out about the fact that 1 company is managing all the small boutiques around it. Once I figured that out it was easier to understand what was going on with check in. Staff was excellent but overwhelmed. Hats off to them.

Easy access, comfortable room and facility. Paid parking but easy to park. Place looks nice and the patio area is pretty with tables and umbrellas

Housekeeping is under request Breakfast could be better, is basic and the room to grab your stuff is small and crowded Front desk is not on site, need to walk one block to do check in/out Phone in the room was not working Pool is not on site you have to use other hotels pool that belongs to the same company

Breakfast was ok. It was outside at another property and a little bit difficult to find. It was very windy the day we were there so not great for outside eating. There was coffee, tea, juice and milk, bagels. Bananas and cereals available.

breakfast could be better and staff could be more welcoming (although they were not rude but we didn´t get the feeling of a super welcoming staff that we were expecting and we got in other places around)

The staff was exceptional Angie was very helpful there's security there as well to make you safe and comfortable and a beach within walking distance beautiful can't forget the free breakfast as well amazing place to get away

I didn’t get to try your breakfast but I liked the vibe and look of the place. And the location

It did have a weird smell to it when we came in that was the only complain

Great location, very clean, neat, and organized. Personal was very attentive and willing to help their clients.

It was a bit confusing checking in in another place But luckily it's close by.
