our check in with wiliams and maria was very accommodating and welcoming. The morning Breakfast was always ready with nice selection and great coffee! Donna sets up and replenishes breakfast as needed she takes great care streamlines the crowd while managing to great people with Kindness. Thank you, Donna, for a great start to every to everyday we recently spent in Hollywood beach.

Excellent location, nice staff

Could not check in until I came up with an additional $100 deposit & it couldn't be cash. I didn't know about the deposit ahead of time. The hotel should include that detail in the reservation. The hotel had already taken my reservation money. I had to sit outside the office until I was able to find the extra $100, on a card, to be able to check in.

We absolutely loved the location and amount of space we got. check in was a little annoying since there is no one on site, you have to walk a little ways, luggage inn hand. once we got the the office the people working there were very nice, allowed us to check in early.

There are two things keeping me from giving this location a 10. The bathroom was a little janky, faucet was not secure and the shower was weird. The room smelled funky, like the Ac unit was moldy and needed to be cleaned.

I really like my suite and the location.

Staying here long term. If I make a reservation online, the hotel charges me a $100 deposit fee. They charge an additional $100 deposit fee every time I make a reservation to extend (already on property). If I go directly to the hotel office, they charge me a higher rate than the online rates. I'm paying $130 & $144 nightly, each time I extend.

We loved the employees! Especially the young man that took care of us. He was so patient and understanding with me. I was tired and cranky and he calmed me down immediately. I really appreciate it and because of him we will be back!!! Love you guys so much . Thank youuuuu

Customer Service

I had a studio apartment very clean just steps to the boardwalk and beach. Full kitchen, couch, comfy king bed. I appreciated the free continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Nice pool and garden.

A full size mirror and a rug at the door would be nice.

Housekeeping never came to the room.and the television programing was horrible. I couldn't get ESPN nor any other type of sports television at all.

Wilson at the front desk is always awesome, I loved everything about this place, customer service is always ln point
