The property is centrally located in Hollywood Beach near a ton of bars, restaurants and shopping. They also have a Tiki Bar on site. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a hot water issue and a toilet issue and both issues were resolved within an hour of contacting front desk. The bed was very comfortable and the efficiency worked out great. We were able to cook on our room to save money. The property and rooms are kept very clean and well-maintained.

Our bathroom was small and lacked counter space. Which was only frustrating the 2 times I put on makeup for going out. Also, we were unable to use the pool this time that we stayed, bc we weren’t staying on the side with the pool.

Location perfect-close to the beach and right off of the promenade. Facility was older but updated. The room was very clean. Full kitchen.

Smoking was permitted at the bar (which was in an enclosed courtyard) ) and on the walkway outside of the guest rooms. Lobby had an over-perfumed odor, but it did not carry over to the guest rooms.

The parking space is not enough for all guest. We were never aware that you needed to do reservations also for parking lot. We had 5 room reservations and none of our guest got informed that we needed to reserve parking.

We loved the location. It is just behind the stores and restaurants that are on the Hollywood boardwalk. And it was just a short walk to get to the beach, close enough to walk back to the room to use the bathroom. Liked the tiki bar on property. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Couldn’t figure out how to use the tv. It would turn on but when you tried to click on something to watch it would just go black. Couldn’t ever watch it. But maybe just user error. The light and ceiling fan above the bed only worked with the pull chains, which I couldn’t reach without standing on the bed. The switch on the wall didn’t do anything at all. lol

We didnt receive breakfast. I'll have to look and see if that should have been included. Hopefully we didn't miss something that was included. And no one mentioned it at check in. The location was so perfect! I loved the nature like set up with palm trees. The tiki bar and tables and chairs equipped with huge shady umbrellas. We sat at our special table several times a day and at nite! It was quiet for the most part and quaint. Literally minutes away from the beach, boardwalk and all the restaurants and stores. And close to walmart! Perfect location. Place was small but perfect for a couple! Clean. With a stove, microwave, refrigerator. Pots n pans. All the essential amenities! The price was unbelievably reasonable!

We stayed for 3 nites and 4 days. We only had hot water on the third nite. The other days the hot water was lukewarm at best. It wasnt terrible because it was hot outside so having water that wasnt hot was not a terrible concern. But the day the hot water came through...it was a great long shower day! A little more towels and washcloths per person would be nice. But we were able to see the housekeeping staff outside and they were all pleasant and accommodating.

I think you need to be more upfront about that 250 incidental charge

The location was perfect! the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops were right outside our door. the staff was very friendly and professional, the rooms were very accommodating with a full mini kitchen, toiletries, and comfy beds. My cousins were very pleased with their room for two was like a minimum two bedroom apartment. It had two separate rooms and bathrooms so they each had their own space. The tiki bar was a cool place to hang out and they had a good band that performed as well. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was far from the cruise port and airport.

The hotel is close to all of the things my husband and I enjoy. 20 min from Hard Rock stadium, a quick walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. The property is clean and the staff are very welcoming. There’s also a tiki bar at on property. The bed was comfortable and the shower got very hot!

I love my stay. The only thing I would have liked were beach towels on site. We forgot ours.

The location of our room was right off of the broadwalk and beach. Just walk out the door and you were there, made it easy to come back to the room for afternoon naps after being out on the beach all day and get you ready for the night out. I loved that everything is within walking distance of this room. we got off the plane and took an Uber to the room. ordered groceries from Walmart for drinks etc. There is a market about 100 yards away from the room and a liquor store a block away.

I dont think there was anything that could have made it better. we had a great time.

Room was a good size! Had a 1 bedroom with private full bath, but also a full sized bed in the living area. Closet space, small dining table, kitchenette, BALCONY, super close to the beach and there was a tiki bar right downstairs.

Only tiny gripe I had was we didn't realize we were upstairs. Maybe we were too excited and didn't hear it but we walked around in a few circles trying to find 217 on the ground floor. Another patron told us it was upstairs when he realized we were lost.
