Fabulous location and room setup is wonderful. Our ocean view was amazing. Location allowed for easy access to wonderful restaurants, cafes and music venues. Beach is beautiful. Managers and staff are communicative and helpful, truly amazing, very special people! Thank you, all!

I would suggest hiring a hotel parking lot attendant for hotel guests, especially to assist for very late night arrivals and to allow for any help needed. On website note that there is no elevator- staircases only. Hotel style coffee packets, tea, dry creamers suggested for guest use in kitchenette.

This is our 2nd stay at the Diane Oceanfront Suites. The location is exquisite, the staff were very helpful (especially Mercy) and the parking clerk was available at all times to assist with parking. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen amenities were just perfect for our stay. There was also a full bag of ice in the freezer. We plan on staying here again on our next visit.

I would prefer no smoking on the premise; as a non-smoker, it is difficult to sit on the deck (both levels) and enjoy the sun and fresh air while smoke blows our way. Also - ashtrays left out on the deck is very distasteful and unsightly.

We were greeted by Mercy at the front desk who was super friendly and helpful during our stay. The beautiful ocean front view from the balcony was just what we needed to kick off our trip prior to leaving for a cruise. Located right on the boardwalk with lots of shopping/drinking/dining options within walking distance. The room had cold A/C, plenty of space for a family of 4, tea tree spa soaps available in the shower and a kitchenette with full size fridge for our convenience. I would def book this hotel again. I definitely recommend!

No water pressure in the toilet, hard to flush a number 2. Not cute when you’re traveling with your bf. The bathroom sink however had way too much water pressure and got me all wet the first time I used it. If somehow you could split the difference that’s be perfect.

We were indiana on a girls trip, arrived early and check in is great, the front desk held our bags and let us start our day, even let us change into our suits so we could get in thst beach!!! It’s card activated to get in rooms which was brand new for them, but it was nice. If you want to be in the heart of everything, including night life this is your spot! I’ve been 7 times to Hollywood and never stayed this close to all the restaurants and bars, so it can get rowdy, loud, interesting people come out at night! We felt safe, but the police were camp in front of the hotel for a big part of the night! This was good, but I’m not sure if it’s a standards. Having the police presence, most likely keeps the rowdy’s at bay! I liked it. There was a concert in front of margaritasville so it got a bit busy. I love the band. The food is always great! I recommend the Ocean Ally for breakfast, great service, price, the scenery. Being on the beach is great, the location is wonderful.

We loved the size of the room. We especially liked the kitchenette which included a microwave, toaster, and decent sized fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. The furniture had slight wear, but there was a lot of it to put clothes for both of us in it. That was a plus! The veranda out front was always clean and maintained. And it was a great spot to have a cocktail and people watch. Great location! Right in the middle of everything! We had a great time!

On the weekend, people from one of the other rooms were out on the veranda until very late being very loud. But that's why they make earplugs! It didn't ruin our stay. Just a little annoyed that they were being inconsiderate. The broadwalk can be noisy until late as well. But the rooms surprisingly block out most of the noise! You cannot hear people in the rooms on either side either.

Diane is a small beachfront motel right on the broadwalk across from the beach. What it lacks in amenities (spa, pool, restaurant) it makes up in its location and walking distance to just about any kind of eateries that you can think of. It also has a full size refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The rooms are nice and clean with both front and back doors on the ground floor. It's wonderful to sit out on its deck with coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean.

the property is right on the boardwalk with tremendous views of the beach and ocean. we stayed in room 212 which has its own loan palm tree for shade and ambience at the corner of the building. The building does sit between senior frogs and necks, to lively bars which stay open late. However, it was very quiet in our room. The rooms all have two beds separated by a wall, which provides a little privacy, but plenty of light. There is also a small kitchen with a refrigerator and sink.

You cannot beat the location right on the beach. Lovely and clean and comfortable beds, the view was amazing. Numerous places to eat on your doorstep. There is a bar right next door with music but it did not bother us. Tables/beds & chairs outside every room for you to use. You can hire a chair for the beach at 10 dollars per day. If you hire a bed off the beach (nothing to do with the apartment, independent company) you are paying 20 dollars per day.

Nothing other than the car parking price at 35 dollars per night.

Great location, we love to watch people and this wonderful place and the boardwalk and the ocean, you can watch a lot of wonderful people. The best part is not only you watch people, the people can watch you. It is the only place in Hollywood Beach that your outside relaxing area can been seen by passers by people. They stop look up, take pictures and then wave hello with a smile! Wonderful!

Everytime we stay there it is exactly what we expect. Good old school feel ! We love it!

Location is perfect as the property sits right in the middle of the Broadwalk and right in front of the beach - great place for outdoor walks and activities. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Mercy is delightful and very attentive.

Furniture is outdated and some of the draws did not open/close properly and could use an upgrade. Wi-Fi while worked ok, could have a better speed. Bed is perhaps not as comfortable and bed linens could also be replaced for better linens.
