Excellent location right at the beach (sand) and the ocean view from our bed was priceless.

At the moment that I made the booking did not show that I will have to pay a resort fee at the hotel, and this is something that should appear/said at the booking app, it was a surprise for me and at the end I have to paid more than what booking app said when I made the reservation. For me this is a giant issue because if you cannot trust in the amount of the app then is useless

Location, cleanliness, staff. The window had two pull-down blinds on it, which really blocked out the street lights in the ocean view room. The room was clean, freshly renovated, comfortable bed and nice linens. It was bigger than I thought it would be. You can log in to your streaming channels at this hotel, unlike most.

Walls were thin; could hear everything from the hallway. Hotel doesn’t have a pool.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The corridors were well lit and my room was easily accessible from entrance. My room was clean as were the common areas.

I was traveling with a large bag and the distance from the parking area to the entrance was far and awkward to maneuver. It was difficult to locate when I first got there. There were no signs on back of building where road is.

Excellent location

Unfortunately some of the staff in this hotel has zero interest in their guests, therefore zero interest in the business they are working for. The guy that sat there at night didn’t even look up from his phone when you walk by. I also checked in with him, just not the person for the job.

Location!

A mirror in the bedroom, so that one when one is using bathroom mirror, other can use mirror in bedroom area to put make, comb hair etc. Shelf space in bathroom! Very little space to put makeup, toothbrush etc on! Obviously a man designed the rooms!

Great location right on the beach and the Broadwalk. The room was bright and spacious and If you get a room with a sea view you see the sunrise each morning which is just amazing.

The hotel was renovating reception which they didn't bother to tell us. So instead of a welcoming reception area it was a mess and sometimes noisy. This was inconvenient and we could not take the stairs to access our bedroom. The room had an amazing view but we could not open any of the windows. The mechanisms have long corroded and the windows sealed up! This is a huge pity if you don't like air-conditioning and you want to enjoy the sea breeze. Nevertheless the rooms are great and I would still go back!

The property and room were very well maintained, updated and very clean: spotless. The location is unbeatable.

We drove and it was difficult to find the hotel. There are no signs or a way to identify the hotel from the street. Also, be ready to pay a LOT more at the hotel than advertised.

Location is phenomenal, very clean (the rooms are cleaned daily), and amazing customer service. Near many good restaurants, bars, and steps away from the beach. The furniture was nice and modern. 24 hour front desk. All of the front desk staff and housekeeping are extremely friendly and accommodating. All rooms come with beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. They are currently doing renovations but this didn't inconvenience us, I'd like to come back to see the improvements after! Also, the frozen yogurt place connected to the building has delicious acai bowls. They play loud music all day, so I imagine a room above them (facing the beach) may be loud, compared to the city view room we got.

Bathrooms could use hooks near the shower for towels and bathing suits, plus more space for toiletries in the shower and on the sink counter.

The hotel is right in front of the beach and the ocean. The hotel provides a free umbrella (one umbrella is issued for one room), beach chairs (two beach chairs are issued for one room), and you can also take beach towels on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor there is a special table where you can get free coffee, tea, cold and hot water, sugar. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, suitcase shops, grocery stores, shops with everything you need for swimming and relaxing near the hotel. There is also a summer theater next to the hotel, there are very interesting free concerts. Right in front of the hotel there is a shower, a lifeguard station, a walking path. Ford Lauderdale Airport is closer to the hotel than Miami International Airport. Very good service at the reception: always polite and helpful staff. When we were leaving and the elevator was broken, all our suitcases were lowered down by the hotel staff. The room has a coffee maker, tea and coffee making facilities, also a hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, iron and ironing board, safe, hangers and a small room (dressing room), mirror, two queen size beds, table, chair

There is no daily cleaning of rooms in the hotel. The air conditioner makes such loud and varied sounds, as if it is going somewhere on a steam locomotive Beach towels are NOT provided early in the morning (06:00-08:00). The hotel has old rooms and old furniture. The elevator was broken, we were worried about the broken elevator and our suitcases.
