It was located right by the beach. Very short walking distance. The bedroom was big and the bed was comfortable.

They literally will charge you for everything. Soap, paper towels, etc… they do make you sign a paper about that so make sure you read up on it and don’t use anything or else they’ll charge you. They also charge for parking on the next road. I’ve never been to this part of Florida so I’m not sure if this is normal. Most places have at least free parking near by. Never thought I’d be charged for parking a street over. Thank goodness my friends rented a house across the street, I just parked in their garage for free. Host was nice and did refund my money for that.

Villa Sinclair is a unique electric little gem right across from the beach. It’s it own enclave with a Key West feel to it. Colorful and welcoming. The hot tub is an added bonus. There’s a bar and hookah bar right on property run by the owners. Hughes is a great host and super accommodating. He brought us welcome drinks upon arrival and icees when it was hot. He’s explained how everything worked and made us feel at home. Our room was spacious, full kitchen, comfortable bed and on the first floor. Lots of free amenities. Parking is only $20 a day and a block away. Very close. We spent 4 nights here and loved it. Can’t wait to return.

Although there’s a lot of free amenities, there’s a long list of other things you have to pay for a la cart. But only if you use the items. Just pay attention to the lists.

This is a lovely unique artistic comfortable suite. It is less than a block from the beach, a glorious experience! And Hugh, the owner is very helpful. I enjoyed my coffee on a swinging chair at sunrise very much followed by a delightful bike ride on the boardwalk! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I didn't dislike the creative Buddha Love bar attached...it is interesting and an experience. Not necessary for me but for some I'm sure it's an asset.. There is music but it isn't too loud: the fountain is calming.. The bright colors, yellow and red along with the original art is awesome!

Location was perfect. Host were extremely friendly. Towels were nice and provided plenty for the stay. Lots of things you could possibly need are there for purchase, along with a restaurant and bar area l.

It could use a real deep cleaning. Not a lot of room in fridge because of items for sale. Even though it is convenient it made little room for groceries. I think more space could be made if some things were maybe relocated from the room. (Like dvd’s, cds and such furniture to store them, making it hard to comfortably move around in the room)

You just need to bring some clothes and a swimsuit. Other than that will be unnecessary. You get everything for free for hanging in the beach (which is a 1 minute walk from the hotel). Chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, beach toys for kids, free bikes and reasonable parking fees. Hughes the manager is very friendly and helpful. I really liked the style of the hotel, which also has a hookah bar.

The Villa Sinclair is located in an excellent location right next to the beach. They have a spacious two bedroom suite that my friends and I enjoyed. The staff was extremely friendly! They gave all of us a free welcome drink at their bar. The hot tub and hookah & lounge area are amazing. Plenty of cabanas and space to relax. Margaritas were good!

We had to wait an extra hour and 57 minutes after our check in time to get into our room. We were told the room needed extra cleaning due to the previous renters. I did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience. The beds were not very comfortable, but we put pillows down and made it work. The pillows were also very flat. Guest should also be careful with using the items in the room. We were charged $3 for opening a kitchen sponge, but the dish soap was free to use. They also charge you for the paper towels. They also provided us with a welcome pineapple that I was very excited for, but the pineapple was bad.

We loved the outside area - it’s very funky with all the different areas to sit around especially in the morning when the area was closed to the public. The studio room has everything you need including an air freshener in the bathroom. Great drinks and bar food. Glad the bar closed at 11pm! We appreciated the juicy pineapple and chocolates in the room as a welcome gift.

We personally liked it all. The outdoor furniture is well used so if you like new this might not be the place for you. The bathroom in the studio is very small but we made it work. Might be a squeeze for a larger person.

Wonderful location near the beach. Very clean apartment, with many extras included. Parking cost for the area was very reasonable and easy to use.

There are a lot of extra things in the apartment that you pay for if you use. Wine, lotions, liquor, pop and snacks, so you need to pay attention to the printed list. Also, keep your receipt from check-in so you can compare with the checkout total. I was overcharged, but when I realized it later the owner quickly resolved it. One other thing is to be aware that there is a lounge in the back and it can get a bit noisy until 11:00. This only happened a couple of nights, but should know if you are people that go to bed early.

I liked the comfortable beds and the very classy French furniture. The hostess/owner was incredibly welcoming. Definitely be back .

The water in the bathroom sink was extremely low flow. On the other hand the water pressure in the shower was great.
