I read the reviews on this property before I stayed,, and let's just say the bad 1s were not honest, This place WAS AMAZING for me on my BIRTHDAY WEEKEND, if they had a restaurant on the property it would be wonderful the lil place by the pool is a whole JOKE we never ate there because they were never open,,,so take your chances oh the food in the area didn't disappoint,, everything was great, I'm hopeful about returning to Hollywood and staying in the same place

The fact that we didn't have access to food when we wanted to eat, the pool restaurant was open late for breakfast, open for 1 maybe 2hrs ,,

Great location, very nice kitchen, little to no waiting for elevators.

Had to move to another apartment the night before checkout. The move required me to carry all our luggage to the new apartment. I Repeatedly requested a luggage cart over the coarse of 3 hours before deciding to move it all myself by physically carrying everything to the next apartment.

Well I checked in with a freshly sprained ankle a Stranger Angel man helped me up the steps and the guy at the desk and the security guard got me in a wheelchair and parked my car for me and my friends came and wheeled me up to my room which ended up being directly across from their room. It was a painfully beautiful moment. The view of the bay canal and road to downtown Hollywood was magnificent the room was super clean and had everything I needed. I usually stay mid broadwalk when I'm on Hollywood Beach so being at the south end was a new experience and quite enjoyable because it's a little less crowded on the beach and the walk. This place is actually a timeshare so I felt really lucky to stay here.

What's not to like it's Hollywood Beach Florida!

The fact that I reserved a room with a complete kitchen and when I got there, I was given a smaller room with no kitchen. I paid 503.00 for 2 days. At 2 am in the morning the lights went out and had to moved to another room. We didn’t finish moving out till3:00 am. I was given a smaller room than previously. I had a bad experience. Not sure if I will rent there again.

Excellent location, right by the beach. Good parking just across from the hotel. Staff were friendly. For a solo traveler, a studio room is more than adequate. Also a good sized pool deck.

Pool was initially closed when I arrived. Like many hotels in the area, the building looks a bit 'tired'. It is a nice place but would just benefit from a bit of an update in the rooms.

… Location was good!… Loved the heated pool! Wristbands instead of key cards was convenient… the guy who serves food and drinks at the pool was very friendly!

… Wish we could have had a balcony to sit out on… kind of skimpy on the shampoo/conditioner and soap… We had to ask for more… wish there were a few rooms with double beds for those who come with a friend…

The room was nice. Very simple. Lovely view. Facilities felt old but beds felt fresh and new! I liked the fridge and microwave!

Weird beeping noises from the next room over. It always rang at around 2:30. People came to fix it but it rang again the next day. Bathroom sink didn’t drain too fast. There was shampoo and conditioner but no body soap. No robes. Walls were a little thin, but no too bad. Heard doors slamming often.

We rode our electric bikes on the board walk and we loved the bike racks and the entrance to the boardwalk. The location was great for a longer ride. The room was great and we didn't go on the beach.

The first guy was absolutely great at the front desk. Seemed like he liked his job. The next morning the young girl at the desk had no personality and didn't seem like she wanted to be there.

Excellent location, by the broadwalk facing a quiet spot of the beach. Very close to the more lively part of the beach with restaurants and stores. The only thing I disliked was the decoration with its various mixes of colors and patterns, but besides that, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and the swimming pool was clean..

The beach is right behind the building, u needed a key pass for all doors (safety). Kitchenette in room, supplied with pretty much what u wld need, size of room was good. They will hold ur luggage if u r early checking in and a key pass so u can use the pool & parking pass if u have a car. (But they charge u per/ day for parking)

We weren't told about the things going on the property, like nothing about breakfast didn't even know where it was, so we never went. They do ask you to sit through a 90-minute talk to try to get you to get a time share, so be prepared for that, we didn't know this until after checking in. We had a Murphy bed in our room, and it was not comfy.
