The property is located literally a few feet away from the beach and Hollywood boardwalk. Mr. Wilfredo and Mr. Mateo were professional, kind and accommodating. Upon hearing that I was visiting for a special anniversary with my wife they made us feel appreciated and welcome with nice perks. The rooms themselves were clean, and everything worked as it should. A full kitchen was provided with a standard size fridge, stove, coffer maker, microwave, utensils and pot and pans. Beach towels were also available in the room. Beach chairs were also accessible in the parking area. All in all a great trip thanks to the kind and professional staff and the room itself (clean, practical and perfectly located) Thank you Mr. Wilfredo & Mr. Mateo! God bless, Konstantinos

I had a great time staying there. The owner was really nice. The place had a kettle and coffee machine and a bunch of cooking equipment and utensils, which we made use of. I had no problem sleeping on the bed. It was comfortable. People are saying there are roaches, but we didn’t see any. The bathroom wasn’t icky, despite other negative reviews. It was a bathroom. It wasn’t a Hilton, but it was a good place to stay and right next to the beach.

The bed had one leg that was wobbly and wasn’t supportive. My friend said it was fine to sleep on though, but maybe not ideal? It might be nice to have tea bags provided or even coffee for the vibes. I ran out of mine so that was my fault XD.

Clean & nice little boutique with a great price! Distance to beach and Broadwalk is great! Room #6 has pretty view. Love the outdoor rinse off if you don’t catch the one at the ocean exit coming back to room. 15-20 minute Uber/Lyft to FLL airport each way & 10 minute lift to Big Easy Casino (we won! :) ) Tito’s Market is maybe 50 yards on back side of CostaResort so convenient for small store needs that arise. Flicker Light Liquor also very close walking distance. (GPS walk on phone you’ll find them). Lots of food places but as someone who’s eaten at plenty now on Broadwalk don’t they miss the lobster tacos at The Taco Joint & breakfast at Rocco’s. Just YES on both.

The mattress in #6 just too soft for us. No other problems.

Everything was fine! Location was perfect! But it was hard to sleep at night because of air conditioner!!! The noise was horrible! But again, we had room 2. My neighbors from room 3 said that their air conditioner was ok.I think they just need to fix it. But we enjoyed our stay! Very close to the beach and restaurants!

it was a great apartment and great location

well on of the toilets in the one of the bathrooms had issues the whole time that was the only reason for the lower rating everything overall was great just need to get the toilet fixed oh and there was no hot water

The manager Will was amazing!!!! His hospitality alone made the 10 hour drive down all worth while!!!! It’s definitely somewhere I will always recommend and stay whenever I’m in that area! Thank you again Will for your kindness. The location is right on the beach and many restaurants outside the door just an amazing location!

Smaller room than expected but because of the location it’s something we overlooked quickly.

I was met by a charming man who quickly checked me in and showed me everything. the park costs only $20, right on the hotel premises. the room was clean enough. the location was extraordinary! it was a little noisy at night from the street, but it didn't cause us any problems. no problems or worries. I’m usually very strict, but here the price/quality ratio is excellent and the staff’s attitude is excellent

Excellent location, less than a block from the beach. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, helping us with all our needs and questions! The room was very clean and comfortable for two people. Keep in mind… it’s not a five-star hotel and could use some renovations, but the value for money and location are unbeatable. I highly recommend it!

The property manager was very nice. He helped us a lot. We got easy check-in and check-out. He always fulfilled our needs. We got a good car parking spot. The room was clean. We felt comfortable and relaxed. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is just next to the beach. To restaurants, a one-minute walk distance only. This hotel is so good.

Well located and beach chairs anf umbrella available at the property for great prices. Quiet. The owner is very friendly and happy to help and accommodate guests requests.

Kitchen and kitchen utensils were few and in a bad shape. Bed wasn't comfortable and of poor quality.
