The proximity to the beach was great. The condo was lovely and modern, with everything you could need as a home from home. We loved the 2nd living room. With 2 teenage boys, they both had their own space with the 2 sofa beds.

Didn't like that you are charged a one time resort package fee of $55, plus a daily fee and daily valet fee. Which was almost an extra $80 a day. This should have been included in the initial cost and not added on afterward. Plus, the bookings.com app said there was no extra pet fee, but after booking, I was told there was a $100 fee for pets charged by the resort. So by the time we left the resort after 3 nights, we had a $400 bill, on top of what we paid for the condo. The resort was lovely, but with all the extra charges, it made our mini vacation not as enjoyable. I may not have chosen if it was made very clear UP FRONT, what your expected TOTAL for your stay (including extra charges) was going to be in the initial quote.

Location and amenities

Issues with operating the oven, washing machine and television. Also, my kids had a bad breakout. Not sure if it was bedbugs but the thank God my kid is healed and feeling better now.

When I arrived at the hotel the first day the workers at the reception were trying to charge me $400, $100 for deposit and $300 for the resort fee. They knew beforehand how many nights I was staying and when I got there they acted clueless and tried charging me more than needed. They had my card retained and the day I was leaving they told me the total of the resort fee was $570.65. I find that very disrespectful and very expensive, and when you’re reserving the hotel they already give you a price that you pay for and agree with. I didn’t find it honest and unfair. And the parking is horribly expensive. All those extra charges aren’t said clearly before you reserve. The property is fine but the way they use your credit card isn’t right and the numbers aren’t clear.

We have previously stayed at this property, but not this exact condo. The rooftop pool and bar are outstanding, the location is great as it's on the Hollywood broadwalk. The condo was very nice, we really enjoyed having the kitchen, including toaster, microwave, full size bridge etc. We appreciated that the unit included two beach chairs for each day of our stay.

The condo needs to have at least one lamp in the living room as the only lighting is a very bright overhead ceiling light which we never used because of the excessive brightness. It also needs kitchen towels. The towel service limits us to one towel per person and the towels are actually extremely thin and cover half of the beach chairs that were provided, each person should get two towels each

I didn’t like getting an extra service fee after my stay that wasn’t mentioned during check in

The location is incredible, the property is very nice and accessible. Our host was very reliable in replying with any questions we may have had. The host was not a staff member. The pool up in the roof top is amazing, and the best service pool side vs sitting at a table in the bar. The beach staff for the chairs was great… so friendly and helpful.

The front staff on the day of arrival were beyond rude. This was not the first time we have experienced this and ironically the same women that we experienced 1.5 years ago. The maintenance staff is inconsiderate to the fact that they cannot expect to enter a room at their convenience.

The reception took a few minutes, had to input info into a tablet, etc, then the key cards and credit cards were exchanged, they provided a map cuz there are 2 bldgs. this prop was in the North bldg, the rooftop pool is in the South bldg, the property is very nice, very spacious and comfortable. It was cold in there, and there were no extra blankets (maybe something for the owner to consider providing) the property is very modern and new and everything is clean and orderly! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to staying again in the near future.

I didn't like that there were no blankets provided in the apartment, just cotton sheets. Also, it was kinda inconvenient having to go to another floor each time to get ice (because the ice machine on our floor was out of order). And lastly being in the north bldg is inconvenient when going to the pool, you have to take the elevator to the first floor , cross the courtyard to the south bldg, then take the lobby elevator to the rooftop pool, OR you could take the elevator in the North bldg to the 3rd floor, use the adjoining bridge to cross to the south bldg, then take the elevator to the rooftop pool.

Location was great . One block from Hollywood Boardwalk and beach. Lots of food options in the area. Rooftop pool and bar was very nice and comfortable. Lots of areas for lounging and group seating.

My condo and the next condo had a pass door should someone want shared rooms. A large dog stood at the adjoining door and barked nonstop. Once I figured out how to contact the host, and several attempts to communicate the issue, the host was able to resolve the issue. After that the stay was great. This is considered a resort. Expect addition resort fees beyond your rental charge.

Clean, presentable property, very friendly staff all the way from valet to front desk to anyone walking around the property. Nice location right off the Hollywood blvd and amenities are very nice, rooms were clean with very comfortable beds overall a 8.5/10 stay would recommend to anyone that needs a nice weekend away or for any sort of trips.

Valet parking only which is 45 dollars a night and side street parking is 100 for 24hours. When you arrive there are an extra 135 dollars in fees but that is really about it. Nothing to complain about the quality of the stay.
