Everything was great except for the fact I had a delay of two because the office hours... I thought because of my impression at booking there would be no pertinent showing up to check in anytime but the office closes and I was stuck. Just be patient, because once I did get in touch they did all the right things. A perfect weekend spot next door to Nick's one of the best Italian restaurants in the city with views to match... a wonderful vacation

This place is in a fabulous location right by the long beach side walk of Hollywood. So, it was a pleasure to get up in the morning and go for a walk. The exterior appearance of the building is, let's say, unassuming. The quality of the room inside was just fine. Everything worked well, and the room provided more space at a reasonable price than any other alternative. The area seemed very safe and calm. I would stay here again with pleasure.

Where do I begin, front desk Tatiana was excellent and the owner Enrico a 91 year old gentleman accommodated my family with a much better room when we encountered a problem in the room assigned. This little hotel is just steps to the ocean and many restaurants and live music and souvenir shops we are definitely already planning our next mini vacation to the charter house. The only thing I suggest is to bring a bug spray for mosquitoes. Thank you Charter house for such a great stay!!!!

The location is perfect, right in the center - close to restaurants and entertainment. The staff is friendly - by mistake I booked the room for 2 adults instead of 2 adults +children. The staff was able to provide us with the room for 4 people despite of a very busy weekend and full capacity.

Location. Just 1 block from the boardwalk at Hollywood beach. Generous sized room which included a separate stocked kitchen with full sized refrigerator. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

I think one thing that could’ve been better is you get a code to enter your room. A key would’ve been so much easier.
