We enjoyed the room & view. Hospitality was excellent, food was great at the restaurants.

When you have a room with double beds that's means you have more then 2 people in your group,I feel you should be able to have four chairs on the beach.Also in the bathroom shower needs a frosted shower door.The pool closes a little to early for the kids because there nothing left for them to do.The boardwalk at night is mainly for grownups.Thank you we did enjoy our stay.

The hotel lobby area is beautiful. The main area of the hotel is great. The pools are excellent and the location right in front of the beach was fantastic!

The entertainment was a huge let down. For fans of Margaritaville, we would expect good music/bands would be a certainty. Sadly it was not. The main restaurant/bar lacked any real atmosphere, unlike any other Margaritaville we have visited. The evening part of our stay in the hotel was a bit of a let down.

You guys kept the area clean - not a trace of spider web in the balcony area. Not an easy feat in an ocean front resort. Also I have seen some painter walking around making touch ups. It tells me that you guys are trying hard to keep it FRESH. The system is well run - everyone knows how to respond to our questions. Well trained employees. The gift shop personnel are very personal. Like talking to your own family. The nearby restaurants are truly enjoyable. The beach umbrellas offered by the hotel are a nice feature. We had three days sitting under those umbrellas and felt truly relaxed. Overall, it is hard to beat.

All the amenities were beautiful. From the lobby to the water of the beach. The restaurants, pools, and shops were all enjoyable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. From the General Manager Eduardo Fernandez to Savannah Hammerlein the Restaurant Coordinator. There is a bandshell on the boardwalk at the rear of the resort where they have a mini concert every night from 7-9. We were celebrating my wife's 39+ lol birthday and everything was amazing. We can't wait to come back again.

The only complaint I have is that we had to leave.

Clean, beautiful resort! Comfortable beds and pillows. Beach with the palm trees is gorgeous!

2 of the 4 days we stayed, the rooftop pool closed down for weddings. We pay another to stay there and felt like this amenity should be given. We voiced our concerns to the front desk, and they were very gracious about it and gave us a refund of the resort fee; there were 3 couples in our group. So that was very nice.

the pool closed at 5:30. I’m assuming it’s bc its January, but it was still a vacation for me. I was hoping to soak up the hot tub later than that.

We were greeted by the valet staff who were exceptional, then walked into a beautiful hotel, greeted with margaritas - OMG how great was that - front desk staff exceptional - everywhere we went - bars, restaurants - the steak house service and food was fantastic - even the gift store, coffee shop - everything was fantastic - above and beyond - the room was great we stayed 2 nights then went to key west and back for one night - Can't say enough about your resort and the staff you have working there - I can't wait to come back and just stay at the resort for a vacation. I work at a car dealership and we are always striving to do the best for our guests but you guys have got it totally under control. i was so impressed and felt so special - like it should be everywhere but unfortunately it is not. Great job to all!! Someone there is doing everything right in training everyone that the guest comes first!! Thank you!!

Nothing could have been better - it was the best all the way around!

It is a resort hotel- it’s huge, right on the beach, and with pools so you have a choice (depending upon weather/wind/currents). Everything is clean and everyone is smiling. Restaurants on site are versatile, there is a coffee shop and a gym, we had good, long weekend.

The bathroom could use a touch up, everything was working and it was clean, though.

Loved the ambiance of the place and the location was perfect!

Only two complaints one is small, the pillows were not comfortable at all. Your head just sink right to the bottom. Second it would be nice price wise if the rooms and amenities were a bit more reasonable. To buy waters at the store they were $3.50 each. Could get an entire case for that at home.

The location was perfect for our short weekend stay. We wanted somewhere walkable with pool and beach access with chairs. Bonus was a fun band that played Saturday night.

Food was blah and often cold for the price. Restaurant service was slow and they didn't come back to our table to check on us. We had to flag them down. For the price we paid, that's surprising.
