Thw location was fantastic. Not too far from the airport. We could stay in the hotel, or walk to the shops and restaurants. The beach was gorgeous. Each room comes with an umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach per day. As well as 2 bike rentals. The staff was great. Everyone we encountered was doing their best, from the front desk, to the valets, room service, the beach staff, everyone was great. Loved this!

The food and drink quality were low. We ate there the first day, but not after that. The Cafe in the lobby was good though.

Great location, great pool for kids, and friendly staff. But the wash basin in the room cannot drain.

I booked a hotel through booking.com, but when I checked out I asked for an invoice. The hotel told me to contact booking.com, saying they don't provide invoices. I contacted booking.com but received no response. It's still unresolved.

Super clean. The water slide was a big hit with my nine year old. Slide hours are 9-5 pm. We never had an issue finding chairs at the pool. She also loved doing the Florider. The room was super spacious with a view of the outdoor music amphitheater which played every night. We loved listening from our balcony. We loved the location in Hollywood Beach. It was so much more chill than Miami or even Ft Lauderdale. We already can’t wait to go back!

Food was pricey

We enjoyed the room & view. Hospitality was excellent, food was great at the restaurants.

When you have a room with double beds that's means you have more then 2 people in your group,I feel you should be able to have four chairs on the beach.Also in the bathroom shower needs a frosted shower door.The pool closes a little to early for the kids because there nothing left for them to do.The boardwalk at night is mainly for grownups.Thank you we did enjoy our stay.

Everything was grest from the aesthetics and design to the amazing smell throughout the property, to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds, the food, all there was to do — it was a phenomenal stay for our family. Plan to go back again next year!

The only complaint was the seaweed which was abundant and our phone malfunctioning at midnight which woke us up.

The hotel lobby area is beautiful. The main area of the hotel is great. The pools are excellent and the location right in front of the beach was fantastic!

The entertainment was a huge let down. For fans of Margaritaville, we would expect good music/bands would be a certainty. Sadly it was not. The main restaurant/bar lacked any real atmosphere, unlike any other Margaritaville we have visited. The evening part of our stay in the hotel was a bit of a let down.

All the amenities were beautiful. From the lobby to the water of the beach. The restaurants, pools, and shops were all enjoyable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. From the General Manager Eduardo Fernandez to Savannah Hammerlein the Restaurant Coordinator. There is a bandshell on the boardwalk at the rear of the resort where they have a mini concert every night from 7-9. We were celebrating my wife's 39+ lol birthday and everything was amazing. We can't wait to come back again.

The only complaint I have is that we had to leave.

Clean, beautiful resort! Comfortable beds and pillows. Beach with the palm trees is gorgeous!

2 of the 4 days we stayed, the rooftop pool closed down for weddings. We pay another to stay there and felt like this amenity should be given. We voiced our concerns to the front desk, and they were very gracious about it and gave us a refund of the resort fee; there were 3 couples in our group. So that was very nice.

You guys kept the area clean - not a trace of spider web in the balcony area. Not an easy feat in an ocean front resort. Also I have seen some painter walking around making touch ups. It tells me that you guys are trying hard to keep it FRESH. The system is well run - everyone knows how to respond to our questions. Well trained employees. The gift shop personnel are very personal. Like talking to your own family. The nearby restaurants are truly enjoyable. The beach umbrellas offered by the hotel are a nice feature. We had three days sitting under those umbrellas and felt truly relaxed. Overall, it is hard to beat.

We were greeted by the valet staff who were exceptional, then walked into a beautiful hotel, greeted with margaritas - OMG how great was that - front desk staff exceptional - everywhere we went - bars, restaurants - the steak house service and food was fantastic - even the gift store, coffee shop - everything was fantastic - above and beyond - the room was great we stayed 2 nights then went to key west and back for one night - Can't say enough about your resort and the staff you have working there - I can't wait to come back and just stay at the resort for a vacation. I work at a car dealership and we are always striving to do the best for our guests but you guys have got it totally under control. i was so impressed and felt so special - like it should be everywhere but unfortunately it is not. Great job to all!! Someone there is doing everything right in training everyone that the guest comes first!! Thank you!!
