The location, food, and cleanliness of the resort. The staff was helpful and it is located in a quiet area. It was close to everything and in walking distance of the resort. I would stay at this location again as long as the pool services are up and running.

I was very upset that the pool services weren't available and didn't know until after I booked the location. At that point, it was too late to cancel. The information should have been told up front. I booked this location because it stated the resort had two pools. That is not true. They have one pool and jacuzzi, and the pool was out of service.

The check in process was smooth! The property is lovely. I’ve always stayed at the Costa Resort but only through the resort not the apartment side! So I knew of the parking fees etc. The extra fees the apartment side tells you after you’ve book is overwhelming. I think that is something they should disclose during that process so that you know if you’re getting the better situation! The room was nice , however I did have to clean the bathroom because the toilet was dirty and had visible hair and stains which I’m sure was the cleaners fault and when I went to find them to clean it they were rude so I cleaned it myself which delayed my birthday plans and it was my actual birthday! I also had to clean the shower and not like the normal wipe down you’d do to disinfect! It had hair and stuff in it and was not cleaned properly. I’m sure the owners wouldn’t allow that!! I also cleaned the hotel myself before I left because I don’t like to leave messes when I go anywhere !

great location, the roof top swimming pool is wonderful, sunset bar is great , clean outdoors, helpful staff.

very bad maintenance, ice machine is not working on the second floor, second elevator at the east lobby is not working for guests, elevator down button 2fl is not working, broken soap dispenser in the bathroom by the pool, not working portable shower by the hot tub, and many more little damages all around the buildings, dirty carpets in the hallways inside.

Location and amenities Loved that we could get beach chairs and sign them out on the beach instead of having to haul them each time.

Water pressure and when we arrived there were some issues with water slowly going down the drain And..getting a pool towel was quite the process. It was not convenient at all. You had to show a tiny paper card to sign them out. I noticed the attendant tallies the pool towels. It was not marked clearly where to go. It was a roof top pool on the 7th floor. On the bottom floor is where guests had to sign out towels. We just ended up buying and bringing our own. When I checked out of property the guest service asked for the mini paper card back which o didn’t have and I said I never checked a towel out my entire stay. This was beyond annoying!

The apartment was comfortable, and the host was very accommodating. No complains about that. However, the hotel part of it was very disappointing. I found out as I was checking that the pool was under renovations and could not use it. With small children in our party, it was very challenging since the whole reason we picked that hotel was for the pool and roof top experience. Even though the pool was closed we were still charged a daily resort fee for something we didn't use. The only thing we used from the resort were 2 beach chairs. Everything else was provided by our host. Also, the beach chairs were rented till 6PM and by 4PM they were already starting to collect them and asking people to the move from the area so they could stack them up. The hotel should refund some of the resort fees to the guest.

Great location. Rooftop options were wonderful. Room was nice.

There was nothing we didn’t like. However there was some miscommunication between booking.com and the property about a couple things. We added a guest name, the second guest a few days before arrival and received confirmation that the name was added. Yet the front desk did not have that info. This only mattered because they would not let that person use their card for check in which was the plan. Second, part of the property description/booking description indicated a cash $300 damage deposit was required. Do we brought $300 cash but as it turned out, they only needed $100 and it had to be on a card. This was great news, other than that we did not want $300 cash laying around do we would have avoided withdrawing that money. Overall, everything was amazing!!!!

Location is excellent, Valet had some problems but was up to standard, and the room was bigger than expected

I found hair on my pillows, which shouldn’t happen, but should be taken care of and inspected before a guest arrival I lost my passport, it was disappointing to know the staff does not have a form that I can fill in to contact me if they found the passport. I did the same with the airport and car rental, they let me quickly fill out a form, in case they found it to contact me, even the 7 Eleven where I refuelled the car took down my details, in case they found it.

Location and amenities are great here. Heated pool and hot tub clean. You don't have to go far to get what you need. Car is optional if you are staying here. Restaurants are pricey in the area, but food was really good. Communcation with rental had quick response time.

Non-hotel vs hotel check-in and out can be confusing. In the end, doesn't matter which line. Kitchen cookware in the room could use a new set. Had to cook breakfast with a plastic spaghetti server (it worked). Minor issues, overall great experience.

The location is great. It is right on the boardwalk. The room was supper spacious and the kitchen was equipped to make the family breakfast. I was able to feed the guys a nice Fathers day breakfast on the balcony.

There is nothing bad about this place. I have been here before in a different rom and it has been great both times. The only sad part about this time staying there was that the pool was closed. But that had nothing to do with the host.

Great place to stay. It's like home away from home. The Global Rental Apartment owner was more than accommodating,, and went out of his way to ensure that we had a wonderful, enjoyable vacation . We have rented from him the last 5 years, and have always enjoyed a great vacation. Needless to say, we will be renting from him again next year! We highly recommend the Global Rental Apartments for your stay. You will not regret it!
