This was my 3rd stay at the hotel. I love the location. I thought the price was good (affordable). It was a great place for what it was, an updated older beach hotel at a very reasonable price. The staff has always been very helpful and accomadating, working with me to add/remove days if plans changed. A friend who was traveling for the same event booked another similar hotel down the beach, and they locked him out cause his plane was delayed and the desk help left early. The St. Maurice staff has always worked with me unlike my friends hotel.

Not much is all I can say. The hotel is no frills; no free breakfasts, no food service, etc. But it's not meant to be a Holiday Inn, it's a beach hotel. It has a small kitchen area to store food for meals in each room, a refrigerator etc. My only complaint is PARKING but every hotel has the same issues, you either have a parking garage or go to city parking garage. St. Maurice has city garage parking a few blocks away.

No better location for the price and the things they do for guests is great! They have sunscreen in the office you can borrow and beach chairs for the beach.

We were in room 2 and the best location by far. There was even a view of the ocean. This room is right next to the office and the door between the office and room was thin so you can hear everything in office unless you have music or the TV on.

The lady at the reception was so welcoming , polite, kind, fast and thorough on explaining everything. Its all you need when you travel and are tired! The room was simple with a very comfortable mattress it was very clean and very calm. It was getting even better when I realize that i was barely 1 minute walk away from the outstanding Hollywood beach boardwalk. I am now only hoping that this hotel will be available again next time I can stop by Hollywood beach. A must go.. so instead of getting square eyes looking for the best quality / price/ location, hotel , just BOOK this one you wont regret your stay.

having a mug or two would be welcome and helpful... Also one or two plastic glasses or actual glasses... This was missing.

The best part of the hotel is the proximity to the beach!! The hotel is just right across the street. Lots of restaurants and shops along the ocean walk but I definitely recommend walking to Le Tub on the water and getting the burger. (side review) The little studio was super cute and great basics- clean and comfy bed, great hot shower with excellent water pressure. Great little kitchenette with a large fridge. Staff was very friendly and accommodating- free bike rentals, sunscreen, and you have to ask to borrow a hair dryer but they do provide.

Some downsides- parking is a B*TCH. Very expensive - 8 hours for 80 dollars racks up quick. The recommended discount garage garage is far away and usually full . Take an Uber!!! Courtyard and neighboring rooms can be really loud- if you don't mind the sounds of crying babies or partyers than you'll be happy. The area itself is kinda ghetto... Lots of shootings reported, noise and crowds at the beach, and just this past weekend a dead body washed ashore.

Steps from the broadwalk and beach, lots of shops, restaurants, and bands nearby, we took uber from airport so we had no car, really no reason to have one there. Room was clean, cozy, kitchen well stocked with the essentials. Stopped at a Publix on our way there, saved money on food by having breakfast and lunch in the courtyard everyday, which was shady and clean. Bathroom a bit small, shower was really nice. Had to sit sideways on the toilet, and theres no fan so bring some spray with you if you know what I mean! Bed and pillows so comfortable, they provided towels and chairs for the beach, and a broom to help with all the sand. Theres gonna be sand on the floor in the room, just the way it is when your that close! We rented chairs, an umbrella, and even got food and drinks delivered right there on the beach from Margaritaville every day. And it was steps back to our room to use the bathroom or grab something, it was so convenient. Le Tub right behind us had awesome food, service, and drinks. We will definitely be staying there again!

It’s an older boutique hotel in the middle of everything. Staff were helpful and friendly. Right close to the broadwalk and beach. Also to the west is a bus route that we took to Walmart. Very convenient to everything. We had a fridge and microwave in our room and enjoyed the courtyard.

Our bathroom was small so if that’s a concern call the hotel to make sure you’re in a room with a larger one. It was fine for us.

Location; this place is literally on the beach. The room is in a cool quad area with seating and the room itself is spacious and very comfortable

Price. The cost of the room per night is way too high. I say this because you can maybe find a luxury-ish hotel for a similar price. Not sure. However, room is bloody expensive. Also, there is no parking or breakfast. Parking is expensive and you have to find a garage or a space. Lots of areas around there are tow away zones.

We loved being able to leave our room and have the boardwalk right there. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice little courtyard to enjoy our morning cup of coffee.

No parking on site. We came for a Saturday night and because the parking garage was full, we had to find street parking, which took an hour to find. Unloading our car was hard because we were on a little street and cars had to squeeze past us. In the morning we didn't have a problem packing up to leave.

We enjoyed our stay here! This INN has lots of things to do/places to eat within walking distance. We were given a QR code with instructions on recommend parking options. We parked in the Garfield parking garage which was 2 blocks from the INN. The room was clean and spacious. All the kitchen basics (utensils/broom) are in the kitchen for use.

The chairs in the kitchen area wobble and need replacing.

Location is perfect 3 steps from the broad walk, has beach chairs, beach towels and bicycles to ride on the broad walk. Restaurants, bars and grocery stores steps from the property. This was my fourth time in this property. I only want to go to this property at Hollywood Beach
