Wow! Thats all we have to say. The beach apartment was clean, super spacious and two super comfortable bedrooms for the family. Great living area with full equipped kitchen. Private patio with barbecue and outdoor share space area on the other side for all guests to enjoy. Wifi, cable, A/C unit in each room. Two wonderful updated bathrooms. Lots of closets and drawers for your belongings. Beach chairs included. Washer and dryer outside. And did we mention location! Beach less than 5 minute walk. Access to the boardwalk. What an amazing weekend, we are definitely coming back again. Thank you Vicky for making our stay so wonderful

This location is truly what I wanted. Waking up to the sunrise is what my soul was craving. it’s literally less than a block from the boardwalk and sand to enjoy the day going back and forth from the complex to get some TLC under the sun, We utilized the BBQ in the back and was quiet and perfect. Location is relaxing. Locals, visitors from all walks of life, pets near the area, bicyclist, rollerblades, endless options. Definitely would consider booking another weekend getaway .

What could be disclosed is that parking is not included. When booked or prior to reservation it showed parking as included. It requires a scan code inside complex to get discounted rate off parking meters

I loved the apt. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen. The freezer had an ice maker… It was perfect!!! I also liked the location, on the quieter side but a walk away from the action.

I honestly have no real complains. It was what I needed.

Clean and Spacious and Bright! I can’t rave enough about the cleanliness…. the staff is top notch! Everything we needed for staying on the beach: towels ( both bath and beach), beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. Water spigot right outside the unit for spraying off sand. Grill ready to use. Broom and Swiffer available so we could keep things tidy throughout our stay. Extra sheets and towels available in the laundry room. Washer and Dryer were free!!! Communication with Vickie was always timely and professional.

Parking was a pain! Few broken things…. bed in master bedroom, blinds in kitchen, dining room chair.

Family of 3 — stayed with our toddler. Located along a safe and quiet street, #5 (2BR, 2BA w/ king bed, bunk bed, sofa bed) was spacious and bright, clean and well-ventilated, with private access to a front patio with a nice little shade. Our little one enjoyed exploring the apartment more than the shore, so it was a win! Kitchen was fully equipped — having a dishwasher was awesome. Access to a shared washer and dryer in the backyard was a huge bonus as well, so you can travel light. It’s half a block to the boardwalk; stores, restaurants, and live events were all within walking distance… Use your favorite grocery or food delivery app to get goodies delivered straight to your unit. Vickie, the property manager, responded within a record-breaking 3-second response time. Easy check in and check out. Will book again!

A bit pricey. Wish the cleaning staff had checked in on us at least once during our stay.

All was fine and the location was great. I'd recommend staying here.

They have a washer & dryer in the "backyard" area. The route is uneven with steps going up and down. Not Handicap accessible. Also, they count toilet paper here and supply no tissue. Other than that, our trip was very good.

Great location,nice cozy apartment, quite place, they do provide chairs and umbrella and this is a huge plus.

We like everything but just like a recommend: our apartment was front street and we were not able to open window shades as everyone will look at us) and we just use the light as it’s dark in the room otherwise, so would be better if there were some light curtains on windows. Another thing the bathroom ventilation fan hardly ever works, so soon the mold will be all over)

I would have like there to more trash bags, and the bunkbed room had no circulation It was very, very hot. Thankfully, there was a fan, but it really didn’t do much for how hot it was in there.

Guests before us messed up their booking so we didn't have a room for a whole day. Not really the host fault but was still inconvenient and set us back a day. Management was very nice & tried to resolve the issue quickly. The tub didn't drain properly and a piece of the drain cover was left off. Microwave had a crack in it but didn't really use it so didn't bother us.
