The location is wonderful. The suites are clean and comfortable

No free cancellation option The Property Manager had no patience to help when the code was not working The email the Property Manager sends with the rules is very strict. It looks like if you leave a cup in an incorrect place, they are going to charge you an extra Inflexible. I asked for late check out - my flight was at 5 PM but received no answer. Then, had to leave 11 AM. I was getting ready to leave and the cleaning coordinator knocked my door saying the check out was at 10 AM. I showed him the email where it says it was at 11 AM

no breakfast. good location. would have been nice if there was a convenient market or breakfast restaurant nearby. Vickie was very helpful in answering all questions and requests that I had. Nice Job Vickie !!

the bikes are barely functional. the derailer is rusted solid therefore you can't change gears, and on my bike the gears would just change by themselves. plus the seat stem is rusted solid so you can't change the seat height. and the security deposit policy is over the top !! you're telling me that if you find a couple grains of sand on the floor I lose $ 800.00 dollars !? you must make a lot of money that way !! your at the bloody beach for cryin out loud ! or if a chair is slightly out of position ? c'mon !! But what I REALLY didn't like was that you charged me a $ 90.00 cleaning fee TWICE even though my room was only cleaned ONCE at the end of my stay. that's HUGE points against and a total deal breaker and will definitely get written about in my review !

We highly recommend this place for a family vacation. It’s clean, orderly, and has all the amenities you need. The air conditioning works great, and there’s everything you could possibly need for a great stay—dishes, utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and more. My wife and I are thrilled with the accommodation, the location, and the host's hospitality :) There's also a private parking spot. The neighborhood is fantastic and safe! Thank you, Vickie, for such great service and hospitality. We highly recommend everyone to stay with Vickie for their vacation.

First let me say the property manager Vickie is AWESOME!!! Communication was great. This place is a little gem right across from the beach. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles. The suite was perfect for a couple. I will definitely stay again.....a million times over!

The ONLY thing is the fan in the living room would not come on. We tried every switch and couldn't get it to come on for nothing. Being in the Florida heat, a fan is a great necessity but it doesn't change my review.

I really liked the beds. They were so comfortable, and I really loved the location, and that there was parking included, and of course the ocean view from my balcony

It was really hard to find the place, it wasn't clear that it was a door code and not a check in, since we booked online with priceline we thought it was a hotel, also the instructions for the door code werent really clear so we had a hard time getting in, then we tried to use the keys to get in but there was no key hole so we coulent figure that out. The sink had a small hole so when we turned the water on it sprinkled everywhere, and the bathroom wad dmall. The hot water didnt last long, and the ceramic was stained and bulging out

The location was AAA+, facilities were good, bed was big and very comfortable and the host was very attentious with us. Nice patio with a grill, that was amazing! Also they had beach chairs and umbrellas, made our beach days way better! Whenever going to South Florida again, we plan to stay there again!

Guess the gardening could be a little more well kept. But that's just a detail.

Great location, 100 ft from the quiet and beautiful beach. Kitchenette fairly equipped and convenient, few items did not work, though, but not a big deal. Beach chairs and towels were a nice plus. Communication with the host efficient. Free parking was a great thing to have.

Bathroom on a smaller side. Property would benefit from refurbishment, it was clean though.

The location was a block from the beach, and we loved that we were on the quieter side of the boardwalk yet just a walking distance from bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, we loved having a kitchen with a full refrigerator so we can prepare quick breakfasts and snacks. The walls were thick enough that we didn't hear our neighbors at all! Lisa was always responsive and helpful with questions. We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs and umbrella that came with the room, although there were also BBQ and bikes available at the property that we did not use.

we would have liked to have a blender in the kitchen but we were happy to see everything else was provided.

Marine Villas was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing right off the beach. It was great having beach chairs, towels and umbrella right in your room to use! They had boogie boards and a few surf boards too, Bikes to use which was so nice to do an evening ride on the boardwalk. The place was clean and Lisa, the manager went out of her way to make the stay absolutely perfect. I loved everything about this place!

Apartment is very comfortable, nicely decorated, has a full kitchen and is steps from the beach.
