This was my 2nd stay, and I had mentioned that I chose it because it was my bday week and my first stay was so good that I decided to return. When I arrived, the staff had placed a bottle of champagne 🍾 AND chocolates!! Oh my!! They also took the time to write a kind bday card too! This was an above and beyond experience! I really appreciate that Tiara Inn accurately advertises their place as “no thrills” but it provided everything that I needed: cleanliness, just meters from the beach and boardwalk. Perfect 🤩 I’ll definitely be back!!! Thanks a million Tiana Beach Inn!!

This is our 2nd stay at the property and it did not disappoint. Excellent location on the quiet end of the Broadwalk but yet close to everything. It’s super clean and a great value. We have been coming to Hollywood for years and actually it’s the staff that sets this hotel apart. Shout out to Maria who was awesome in helping with anything we may need!!

A super convenient location to the beach and all the bars and restaurants on the beach front. Found it late at night online , biked in and the price was outstanding my shower was hot and refreshing. It is a “backpacker style” small motel with modest accommodations with all the necessary elements , clean and safe. Coffee, refer, beach chairs quiet courtyard, reminded me of my travels as a youth in Australia . The staff was super accommodating when I needed a mid afternoon late checkout for a small emergency. I was traveling solo so a didn’t need to impress anyone . I would stay again in a heartbeat at a fraction of the “name brand “ local resorts.

What’s to dislike about??

We stayed at this place twice — once at the beginning of our vacation, and again a couple of weeks later at the end. Both times we were absolutely delighted with our experience. The first time, we rented one room, and on our return we booked three rooms for five people. Each room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the quality of the towels, both for personal use and beach towels — not every five-star hotel can offer towels of this quality! Each room comes with a large refrigerator, two types of coffee machines — one for pods and one for ground coffee — as well as a variety of cups for different drinks. There’s also a full set of dishes if you want to cook or have a snack in the room. The bathroom was excellent, with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Overall, the rooms were very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. You can enjoy your morning coffee outside at one of the small tables, and the location is unbeatable — just a 10-second walk to a wonderful beach. That’s truly the biggest highlight! On behalf of our entire group, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a fantastic stay. I’m so happy we found it, and we are extremely grateful to the host for the warm welcome and hospitality. If I ever have the chance to return to this area, I will definitely come back to this place!

Fantastic location near Broadway, beach, Marriott hotel and activites. Great value impressive motel with Comfortable beds and clean linen. Nice TV. 2 Beach chairs and towels included. Old fashioned Florida motel, upgraded and clean. Hot showers, soap and toileties and nice towels included. Lock box to get in. No inroom safe but there is a dead bolt. Feels safe. To enter, they send you a lock box code thru email the day you arrive. Lock boxes are bymain.office door. Beach is warm, clean, safe with a lifeguard and a rinse area. Police patrols often. Can rent bikes and go to listen to music at the band shell 7 to 9 pm Wednesday to Sunday. Neaby Local bar live entertainment. Motel is quiet and Kid friendly. Ground floor motel. 1 step to get in . Easy to cook on site as it has appliances, oven, good sized fridge. Comes with nespresso machine, coffee machine which are nice touches. Well thought management and care put into this gem. A good vibe place.

For my taste, it was just right! It is not high end. No pool. No view but so close to a great beach that you dont need anything better.

Everything was amazing. The owners made sure to have everything handy around for all of my needs. They had towels for the beach, beach chairs, coolers, toys for the children (even if i came with just my husband) they even had a weber barbeque if I ever needed to use it. Inside our room, we had a microwave, forks, knives whatever you can think of we had it . Everything was exceptional and extremely well thought. They put a lot of love into maintaining this beautiful place and it truly shows thank you for making me and my husbands stay absolutely amazing. they even had a cute note waiting for me with balloons and chocolates because they knew it was my birthday.

This is a hotel/motel unique to Hollywood beach. An ample efficiency-style room that makes up for its lack of pomp and polish with authentic Hollywood beach charm. A real throwback from the 1940’s and 50’s. We loved staying here. It is not even half a block from the boardwalk and beach, in a safe area, paid parking arrangements facilitated if needed, and even includes an efficiency type kitchen which allows you to make breakfast and lunch in your room so you can splurge on eating out for dinner without guilt. You can keep your big expensive hotel chains as far as I’m concerned. When I come back I will happily stay here again and recommend you also give it a try.

I’m not a night owl and there was some late night loud talking in the courtyard that didn’t wrap up until 11:00 PM.

It was small and quaint and just what I needed to get away and relax for my Spring Break. Quiet and warm and cozy. Great deal of beach accessories which was a nice touch (towels & beach chairs) come in the room. Maria and her husband are incredible hosts and work their booties off. The beach is a stone throw away and the boardwalk is full of entertainment, food, and shopping. You don’t even need a car. Uber is super cheap. We will definitely be back! FYI the other workers do not speak English so when they pull out their phones they will want you to ask the question for the phone to translate. I’d recommend you add an app to communicate. As far as the boardwalk please take note locals are very serious about their walking/riding side of the boardwalk. It is the side close to the beach. Otherwise someone will gripe or yell at you.

Our bathroom sink drain would not stay open but I solved the problem by shoving a hand soap between the sink n drain. Not much storage for a week stay. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Easy to check-in, bed comfortable, the proximity of the beach and broadwalk is definately the main advantage of this studio. Good wifi. Air conditioning is very quiet. Although close to the road, quiet. Room #7

- The dishes are very cheap, one cup is the same as the other. Attention to the cleanliness of the dishes is needed. There was still a coffee cup in the Heurig coffee machine. Need a bowl to be able to prepare a salad or similar. - We were warned about the parking, no complaints there and we were lucky enough to find a parking place in front of the inn 2 nights in a row (there are only 3 parking spaces available for guests). The third night, we were out of luck for parking: The street parking is 4$ per 15 minutes all around the property, so make the calculation for one night stay. The cheapest we found is at the Marriott Hotel nearby at $45.00 over 8 hours to 24 hours. Important to know as it is no longer $20-$25 as I read in some of the previous review.

The space that we rented was clean and cared for. It was not a luxury hotel, but we were not looking for luxury nor the luxury price. We booked it for convenience and for a reasonable rate. It was more than sufficient for our needs and made our stay pleasant. I would stay there again.

I had about one hour available to watch a specific sports event on a regular network TV channel, but the cable service did not provide access to the channel. The TV volume control did not work. Just stuck at one volume.
