The hotel was clean, with complimentary breakfast, free shuttle for the airport (very close to the airport). The staff was very courteous.The room had a little kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, utensils, and percolator with coffee & tea. Highly recommended

The hotel is not close (walking distance) to major restaurants or shopping, so have to take a cab or Lyft if you needed to go somewhere.

The breakfast was great. I’m please with the room size and a big/normal fridge size. Very very close to the airport about 5 minutes driving.

I don’t like the fact you have to pay for parking. When ever I’m renting a car I wouldn’t book here as I can get other places with free parking and just as nice.

The breakfast was mediocre… And the food prices were extremely high, so I would recommend not eating in your restaurant.

The food could have been better for breakfast and also the restaurant food was extremely high. I did not expect to spend almost $100 on the sandwich for me and my daughter and two drinks..

Staff was exceptional accommodative, room service clean the rooms every day, breakfast every morning and free shuttle to the airport, the shuttle drive was so pleasant and helpful, clean well kept swimming pool and a gym with lots of equipments, would definitely recommend this hotel

Terrible experience with couple who stayed next to my room, I was severely terrified from their behavior, fighting and banging my door asking if I was at their door, had to call maintenance, they were swearing slamming the doors and yelling in the hall way Also there is a not very pleasant scent when you just walked into the room, I think it’s coming from the vent, also the dishwasher was broken.

Good sized room with kitchen and lounge area as well as a bedroom and bathroom. Good selection of items for breakfast.

Although there was a coffee maker, we would have liked there to have also been a kettle to make a cup of tea.

Breakfast was excellent All the shuttles guys was amazing And on time for pick up at the airport

The food at the restaurant was Not up to standard

close proximity to airport for easy early morning access. Room and bathroom was large which was great for 2 people getting ready early.

Upon arriving at hotel, was surrounded by tall gated fence, felt unsafe. Booked for the airport shuttle but it does not start running till 6:30am so had to call an Uber. Was told traffic bad on access road to airport so needed to give ample time to get to airport. If waited till 6:30a was possibility wouldn't make our 8a flight due to traffic. Room also included breakfast but again did not start till 7a and no option for a to go bag. The hotel shuttle was new and had a piece of paper in window of shuttle to see hotel name. Missed it the first time it came around due to not being able to identify and flag down the van. Would have helped to have advance notice of all of the above concerns. Would have booked a different hotel since shuttle of importance.

Clean and spacious room.

For a Marriot affiliated hotel, I expected more options for breakfast. It is decent but it would be great with healthier options such as oatmeal, brown bread, unsweetened yoghurt etc.

We like, location, bed and pillows was fabulous.

Pay parking full price. The hotel must have special parking rate for guests.

The room was spacious and clean. The internet was reliable and I liked the work area the room had that allowed me to work from the hotel for 8 hours. Stayed there overnight to catch cruise ship so was convenient and close to the pier.

There were no restaurants within walking distance. When I checked in the staff said there was a restaurant in the hotel. The menu was very limited. I had to order uber eats. There wasn’t an easily accessible outlet in the work station so had to crawl under the desk to plug in my laptop which was inconvenient. No ice machine so had to ask for bags of ice from the front desk.
