Amazing location. Our room (011) felt large and had everything we needed. The roof is cool and always a good vibe. Drinks were nice. Lovely bar downstairs. Gorgeous decor and friendly staff. Pool is small but heated and has nice jets which massage aching legs after long days in Miami! We had no issues with noise as we took a white noise machine (ground floor room)

The cleaning was a bit hit and miss eg no clean towels sometimes. Mocktails and better soft drinks would be a nice addition to the menu.

We liked the location; it's very central and easily accessible to restaurants and the beach. The hotel facilities are very pleasant, with a gym, swimming pool, and welcoming common areas. The front desk service is excellent, and the staff speak a variety of languages. They are very kind and helpful to visitors. The area is also very safe.

The service at the beach was truly disappointing. In addition to having to pay $21 for the umbrella (which is necessary due to the sun), the staff in charge of seating guests were quite rude. In our case, we paid the $21 for the umbrella, and when we were shown to our chairs, one of the attendants led us there but didn’t bother to clean them, even though they were full of sand. Later, we saw him treating other tourists (mostly Americans) much more attentively — even cleaning their chairs. We felt a bit discriminated against in the way we were treated (we are Latin American).

The location and service are the strongest points. Located on Espanola Way, two blocks from the beach, surrounded by restaurants. The service was excellent, even when something had to be corrected, Diego stood out, but all the staff were very friendly and available. The room was very comfortable, although it could have been a little bigger. It was important to have chairs and towels available on the beach for hotel guests. It's one of those hotels where you leave with the conviction that if you return to Miami it will be your first choice.

Could make better use of the rooftop, perhaps because it wasn't the high season the advertised activities didn't take place.

Really great location, 5 mins walk to the beach and next to some fantastic restaurants. Staff were really great too, Jimmy who helped us to our room with all of our luggage was super helpful. The welcome drink is a nice touch too. And the front desk staff were always very welcoming and friendly. The rooftop was pretty cool too and a great spot to have an evening drink.

PLEASE change the sliding bathroom doors! I thought other reviewers were just being picky, but having experienced the doors ourselves now, I can understand why. There is a huge gap either side of the sliding doors, when you 'close' the bathroom door. And I mean a good 8 to 10 inches, meaning that you have little to no privacy whilst using the bathroom. The sliding door works for the space saving within the room, but just find a door that is actually big enough to ensure the doorway is covered.

Great location right on Espanola Way and 5 minute walk to the north side of Ocean Drive Stylish decoration and theme everywhere in the hotel The retro bicycles (2 hours complimentary rental) were a nice addition

The rooms are getting very cold from the central ventilation system. There is too much noise coming from the lobbies every time somebody walks or talks. The room was not cleaned once during the visit. The housekeeper knocked once and entered the room without us granting permission one evening around 19:00 to ask if we wanted cleaning which was unacceptable. Also one other staff member did the same the morning of the check-out around 11:00 when we had requested and granted a late checkout.

Beautifully stylish boutique hotel with great rooftop pool/loungers/bar/vibe. Comfy beds, slept so well. Bathroom had lots of shelving to set stuff, great shower and lovely toiletries (including conditioner, yey!) Staff offered a late checkout, was much appreciated. Fab location by Espanola Way for nice restaurants.

Very small things but there’s limited storage in the bedroom, in the wardrobe it’s shelved so you can’t hang up a maxi dress for example. Lighting is quite dim in the bedroom. Bathroom door doesn’t quite close properly, bit awks when there with a friend, but we got over it. No sockets by the bed to charge phone overnight.

My stay at Esmé in Miami Beach was absolutely fantastic! The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thanks to Jéssica for allowing us a late check-out due to our flight—super helpful! JD and Juston were also amazing, always friendly and full of good vibes and laughs. But the biggest shout-out goes to Gabriella! She truly made our stay so much more special. Without her, our holiday wouldn’t have been the same. She went above and beyond, making us feel welcome, cared for, and like old friends. Gabriella is a real gem, and we’re so grateful to her for making everything so memorable. Thank you all for an amazing time!

The breakfast was very good. Sara and Miriam were excellent waitresses who made us feel very welcome. The was hotel beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the roof top area despite the pool being rather small. Our room was small but stylish and we had everything we needed.

Difficulty knowing where everything was in the hotel. Apparently there was a gym but we weren’t told about it and unfortunately only knew it was there by overhearing another guest asking on the last day. Never found out what the Joyce was.

Location superb - next to Espanola Way and a five minute walk to the beach.Staff excellent, hotel layout was unusual but worked; pool rooftop great but don't except a large pool or lots of sunbeds. Dining at the Drexel was good prices ca. Dinner £70pp and Breakfast £26 pp in line with other Miami Beach prices. However the bedroom was a let down, decor, cleanliness and bathroom size, limited clothes storage means the room was average to below, Would we go back- yes but are expectations would be lower than the Booking.Com score we used to select it.

Good location - next to Espanola Way with lots of good restaurants (cuban, mexican, italian, japanese and chinese). - 5 minutes walk to the beach Daily room service - it’s nice to come back to a cleaned room. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. We could also leave our baggage for 4-5 hours at the hotel on the last day of our stay.

Lack of a window that could open or a mini balcony. If you come from the beach there is no place to dry your towels or the room towels once one showers. Plus lack of fresh air. The room doors are not the best as has to push really hard to close them and that’s when they get very noisy. And with people coming back to their rooms late at night…
