Breakfast was basic but good enough as we did not eat heavy prior to getting on the rides at the park.

Please provide a water cooler for access to plain filtered water at breakfast area. Only infused water at counter. You have to request from kitchen, when the attendents are busy managing the food.

Location was perfect. We were using the hotel for a base to visit the Theme Parks before heading on a cruise. We arrived at the hotel in the evening time and having the Icon Park on the doorstep was a bonus, as it gave us somewhere to walk around & stretch our legs having been on a 9 hour flight. Breakfast was decent although not many tables & chairs. we had to sit in the lounge area which was fine as we are not fussy but for others it might not be ideal. We didn't spend any real time in the hotel only at night to rest our heads so for us it was perfect.

Great customer service, free Happy Hour Beer, great place all around.

Could use some more healthy breakfast options like more fruit, cereal, etc

Location to icon park and international drive . The modern decor suite style rooms were ideal. Reception staff friendly and security on the door in the evenings .

The hotel is b&b the breakfast is totally inadequate . The staff in the dining room Were rude both days we stayed here they ran out of food before breakfast slots had finished and wouldn’t provide any additional items with the chef saying to come down earlier the next day? We arrived both days half hour before they stopped serving so within the timescale clearly just too lazy to cook more , many guests were wandering around with just a bagel or slice of bread on their plate .

We Loved the room view. We looked out to the Eye! The breakfast was good, so many options! The coffee creamers were good, too! The pool was clean and pretty.

While most every staff member was friendly and chatty the clerk that checked us in was not. I even tried to make a joke and be super smiley. She wasn't feelin it. Sad. Also small thing but while the bathtoom door is super cute it didn't lock or close fully. We didn't care much about it but others might.

The room was really nice, we liked the view, the space, beds were comfortable and everything clean. Breakfast was fine, not great but there was enough options and the space was clean.

It doesn’t have a restaurant so you have to walk around to find something to eat, this is specially bad when you arrive late and tired from walking all day at parks. It also says it has free parking but it is not true, we had to pay $18 for each night.

By far, this is the best place to stay and truly feel at home. The facility is well maintained, and the breakfast offers a fantastic variety, including healthy options. The service and staff are amazing. The front desk team was excellent and helpful at all times. As someone who is quite particular about where I stay, I highly recommend this place.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and has great maintenance. The location is awesome, in the middle of everything. The breakfast is ok.

Nobody answered me when I tried to contact the hotel by email before my arrival, I had a couple of questions. If you want to send a package to the hotel, there is a charge of $15 per package. Also there is a charge if you leave the car there, $24 per day.

It is next to everything or walking distance at least ! Especially since we were there for something in particular. We felt sooo extremely welcomed and they had free beer and snacks from 5-7pm M-T which we were not expected. The breakfast was best one I’ve probably every had!! Not to mention they have a great mini mart plus laundry. There was a young lady who had helped us with our issue and she was the best highlight of the hotel

Our tv internet didn’t work and we really wanted to stay in for a few nights. The front desk had an engineer come in the room and the guy tried to fix it for an hour and a half and never was able to. We asked the front desk crews over and over and they never fixed it. We asked for a manager 3x and No one ever called either. I’m still waiting be the chief engineer promised us a few thousand points on our Marriott bonvoy rewards account
